Tornado Watch 2011

It looks quite bad for my area (south-central KY) this evening and tonight.

Particularly dangerous situation tornado watch until 9 PM, TOR:CON index of 9/10, and a local weather STORM CON index of 9/10. We are within the National Weather Service HIGH risk area. It's never been this high here.

Been getting drilled here in IN, Tons of tornado warnings, watched, flash flood warnings.

Bad storms and tornado watches in Arkansas, headed toward Tennessee and Mississippi

When will it end - storms all day with tornado funnels (nothing touched down yet). Getting ready for another round this evening. Trees down around town, flooding, hail, wind, etc.

Sirens are going off all over Memphis....getting my kids and kitties safe in my house, be safe everyone..

Are you noticing how the news crew is having to apologize about having to cut in on American Idol? Lives have been lost this week during tornados and people have been calling the news, upset about missing parts of American Idol.....

Ya'll be careful out there.
It's all heading here to Louisville,and it's all the news has been talking about.
The Mayor has even asked that all outside events be cancelled early.
Should be here in a couple of hours.

We are seeing some sun peeking out between clouds over here.....

Glad for the moment all is well.....that cloud that was on all the tv stations was sadistic looking, if it had touched down we would all have been in serious serious danger. Thank God it didn't develop further.
