What Does It All Mean?

This weekend I saw bright flashes of orange light in the sky as I drove down I-85 from North Carolina to Virginia. When I finally got to Richmond, I found out that tornados had been forming in areas as I passed them...

Pretty amazing experience to say the least but the main point is...

Where is this coming from? What does it mean that literally 100s of tornados have been ripping through Southeast US (which I'm guessing is uncommon), Earthquakes devastating multiple countries in short-time lapses, floods and tsunamis crushing cities across the world, food shortages, political protests, magnetic anomalies and all the rest of our recent happenings...

I would not go as far as to say they are uncommon, every so many years there seems to be a few more than usual.

But what I would question is the increasing severity.
