Interesting Ad Just Observed

Hey folks,

I was just surfing around the site, and I caught a glimpse of some ad that floated through the border margin on the left hand side of the page and disappeared behind board posts. From what I could see, it had a blue border, and looked like a Windows prompt. Like I said, it passed behind the post area and started off in the left margin of the screen. As far as I am aware, there are no ads that show up in that border area.

Has anybody else seen anything like this? I run a Mac computer, so I'm not too worried about viruses, but I'm curious to see if any mods or admin have seen this thing turn up.

I've seen it too! I'm also on a Mac, running FireFox. It moves so quick, no way to get a screen shot.

Wow! So it's not just me then. I'm running the newest Firefox on Mac OS 10.5.8 Leopard, and I have never seen an ad like that pop up before.

Anybody else?

Unidentified Floating Ad, common in these parts. Thank god you didn't reference it to the end of the world or a huge EQ in Cali tomorrow.
