Problem uploading video to media acct

Probably a mod question. When I log into my ATS media and try to upload a video the upload page fields are blank, no options. It's a mpeg2. Made sure all ad blockers and script blockers are off on ATS???

Video uploading has been disabled for the time being, haven't a clue when it will be back.

you gotta copy paste the video numbers into the blank box. there are ats guides to show you find them
