Wow, just wow. How stupid can you be to listen to this crap. I am a photographer, a very experienced photo editor, and I can definitively say there is nothing other then sun flares cause by using an ultra-violet filter during direct sunlight. UV filters are designed to reduce haze and protect the lens, but when pointed in the direction of the sun the lower end models create a flare identical to the ones in her pictures. Just plain crappy photo techniques and religious fanaticism at its best. Sorry for the bad news OP, but I can assure you that this lady is not photographing Michael the Arcangel, but instead photographing her ignorance of simple photography techniques.

Just watched it again, soooo funny to listen to this lady. She could give glen beck a run for his money.

It is quite an interesting photo and story. The only thing that comes to mind for the glow extending between shots was if part of the film got exposed before developing some how. Considering how you have taken it to professional developers and they are at a loss to explain it does is strange. More so if the film negatives are not lines up in the way you presented the photos. With the background to the story it does sound like a special journey. Glad you had a good time.
