What kind of question is that? Humans can walk backwards. Just because there isn't a lot of footage of humans walking backwards doesn't mean they can't do it.

Yes, of course they can. They travel through space, light up our sky, abduct and probe us, I doubt they can only move forward.

And, if you had ever seen "The Arrival" you would know they can.
