That's what I was thinking as well. People will listen to the Secretary General of the UN. If he's in league with S.Y. Moon, then look out. Things are already strange enough. Maybe the seemingly purposeful South Korean baiting of North Korea has been planned all along. To further "The Plan", whatever it may be. Within a certain timetable.

Sun Myung Moon apparently flipped the order of his name around to the Western style of presenting the surname after the personal name perhaps because he was dealing with Westerns through his cult and business dealings. Ban Ki Moon has kept his traditional Korean/Eastern ordering of his name.

If you are trying to go by the fact that both have "Moon" as a part of their names for saying they might be related, then that would be like saying that the famous Beatles producer George Martin and comedian Martin Lawrence are maybe related because they both have "Martin" as a part of their names.

However the OP makes an excellent point, here are 2 Koreans, apparently working together with a lot of influence to ... their own ends. Whether or not they are blood is irrelevant, they are both Korean, and both have power and agendas. They are fully supported by the system, both of them.

By the way: Did you know that "Sun Myung Moon" isn't his original name? His original name was "Yong Myung Moon. Yong can be tranlated from the Korean to mean DRAGON. Myung translated from the Korean can mean "bright or "shining".

Who else do we recognize as a "light bearer" as well as a "dragon"? That's a rhetorical question of course.

The site is called "tparents.org" because his followers think of Moon and his wife quite literally as the "TRUE PARENTS" of humanity. Our saviors.

Why do they believe this? Well, aside from years of programming, they believe that Jesus' mission on earth was not to be a sufficient sacrifice for our sins, but rather to marry and bring the kingdom of heaven on earth through biological offspring. In effect, they believe that his mission failed because he died on the cross.

You're just expeiencing an epitheny... an awakening. The dots are connecting in your mind. The only problem here is he will not be the messiah as the messiah has to fill certain criteria before he can be accepted by the Jews and other religious denomination.... without getting into the facts ill just add this guy, no matter how much he owns, is not the messiah.

The true messiah is brought to life "only" by the people... the masses in their time of need... and they will not follow someone whos trail leads to money. Trust me, i have done my home work.

The masses are asleep and are easily led by those behind the curtain. Exposing those behind that curtain is all I'm trying to do with this thread. People will put their faith in Brand X, not knowing that Brand X is actually a product of brand Y.

Where does the OP or anyone else make any sort of connection between these two men other than the fact that they are both Korean? Did I miss something? How are they working together? There are almost 49 million South Koreans and 24 million North Koreans, not to mention the probably several million others of Korean descent living in other countries.

Again, two people from a country of almost 50 million people is the only connection you can make between them? That hardly suggests a conspiracy to me.

Unification Church adherents believe Sun Myung Moon is their "god," and Sun Myung Moon has been working over the years to infiltrate the UN and he has already been successful in receiving UN non-governmental organization (NGO) recognition and consultative status for his front organizations: the Women's Federation for World Peace (Economic and Social Council - ECOSOC - recognition), the Family Federation for World Peace, and World Association of Non-Governmental Organizations (WANGO). In 2001, Moon held a mass wedding in a UN conference room and he is on record as stating that "our movement and the UN are completely connected."

Well, now you've actually begun to present something, at least. Nothing in your prior posts were even approaching evidence of anything connecting the two that I could see.

Do the research. There are many more sources that confirm this.
It's just been "overlooked" by the mainstream press. Or consigned to the backpages. Or purposefully downplayed.

Um, no. There are a hundred or more threads on ATS alone that are started every day, never mind everything else I need to read in a day. It's really incumbent upon the original poster to present a well articulated and well sourced case for their assertions. Near as I could tell, the only connections you made in your original post between the two men was the similarities in their names and the fact that they are both Korean - connections which I think I did a pretty good job of shooting down.

Now, if what that one article says about Moon-run NGOs getting UN sanction is correct, then that's something to look into, but again it's not enough to say that they have "infiltrated" the UN, especially since NGOs work with the UN and are not a part of it and also because there are literally thousands of NGOs affiliated with the UN, and knowing what I know about how these things work, it's quite likely many of these were never even well vetted before they got their UN association status.

This is exactly the premise behind Sun Myung Moon's political ideology. A "sacred' war to reunite the Koreas and the ushering in of a "new heaven on earth", with him at the helm. Twisted isn't it. And here it is.

Well, both Sun Myung Moon and Kim Il-Sung are essentially nutter cult leaders - one heads up a scary, multi-national organization/corporation the other a scary nation-state with a big army. It's not at all surprising to me that they are both using not dissimilar language in their description of such a war. Most every cult leader I've ever heard of - especially escatalogical cultists - use just this sort of language about "sacred wars," "crusades," "jihads" and such (and you can add many "mainstream" religions like Judaism, Christianity and Islam to that list as well). It all sort of goes with the territory.
