TSA whistleblower TI in 'imminent danger'

www.examiner.com

TSA and FAA continue suppressing and stonewalling federal aircrew whistleblowers who know where real threats are while forcing body searches of innocent travelers, a gross human rights violation.. Photo: AEWA

Now, the targeting of Captain Hanley has reached a new level, what is know as the third degree in targeting by protected extremists.

"My life is in imminent danger...trust me..," wrote Captain Dan Hanley.in a message posted on Facebook on November 24.

What the?

Is anybody besides me absolutely TIRED of these thugs and their bullying?

Now they are threatening pilots and whistleblowers?

This unbelievably corrupt organization needs to be brought down ASAP. They seem to be pissing off the entire country to no end right now, and it looks, based on this info, that their corruptivity has no limits...

The humanist elite of this country look at us as cattle. We have to change the culture of superiority and restore the constitutional culture of America. They are acting like fascists because they are thinking like fascists.

This is just utterly insane that this happening here.

It really is the true makings of a perfect fascist system that have been employed.

Facism is when corporations and government merge and work hand in hand in total support of the other.

The four classic cornerstones of the fascist system are:

1. A strong military industrial complex - we have the largest and most sophisticated and expensive in the world
2. A strong security industrial complex - we have the TSA ,Homeland Security, FBI, CIA, NSA, DEA, ICE, Secret Service. ATF, and IRS Federal Agents.
3. A strong prison industrial complex - often working to support the first two complexes, we have the highest per capita prison population in the world, including secret prisons and offshore facilities and secret prisons.
4. A strong leader/Great Decider - Bush and now Obama seem to just keep pushing these agressive security and military policies on us unabated.

Now tie-all that together in a fight against a religion, like we are, and you have a fascist state.

How long are we going to keep tolerating this and allowing people like this honest pilot to be persecuted for doing what any decent freedom loving human being would. It's not about the Constitution, it's not about being American, it's not about the "war on terror", it's about how much intrusive and abbusive and economic and morally bankrupt government are we really going to tolerate?

As usual PT, you covered just about every base and spelled it out just about as clearly as it's going to get for anyone.

We have been marching at a near sprint-like pace steadfast into a fascist, tyrannical and draconian-like police state for several years now. The writing has been strewn all over the walls.

This here is just pushing the agenda into the next step of the extremes. And we are long past due to say NO MORE.

These entities only have as much power as WE GIVE THEM. Their numbers are infinitesimal in relation to ours.

I know I sound like a broken record as of late, but I feel we need to start taking action RIGHT NOW. And by action, I do not mean violence or bloodshed. I feel that Gandhi showed a prime example of how to induce real change--NON-COMPLIANCE and NON-COOPERATION on a mass scale. Out THINK these thugs and egomaniacs. Beat them at their own game. What do they want most? MONEY....POWER.

Opt out of endeavors which provide them either. Use alternate means. Starve them. Do not play the game. Disconnect from it.

personally i think they are going to extremes for a reason, they hit u with all these scanners and groping u etc, make u angry and make u feel violated, they do it so even if they drop it just a notch, u wud rather that than the groping....its really hard to explain and the only way i can properly is to use this method.

if you went through life with constant noise in your ear at level 5, and the government knocked it up to 10 it would be unbearable, but if they brought the noise level down to 8 it would be better, even though it was higher than the original 5.

lol sounds silly but only way i can describe it sorry,

This is what absolutely must stop. Please everyone, get this info out to as many people as possible. Make a big noise about this, perhaps that will help this guy. The glare of publicity seems to be one of the only ways of protecting these people's lives.

This kind of thing isn't new. It has been going on for years, but it has been stepped up a few notches - helped by the Obama bill that US citizens can be assassinated without any due process on suspiciou of being a 'threat to national security' - that cover all blanket phrase which really means 'threat to the criminals'.

I think you may wish to dig a little deeper into former United Airlines Captain Dan Hanley's history. Rather than taking what he's saying at face value. There's always a hidden story, and agenda, when you investigate properly.

Seems to me, his pathetic attempts to blackmail the airline, after getting fired, are backfiring on him, and he needed something to get more attention.

Claiming his "life is in danger" is just a tactic to puff up his flaggng website, and failing efforts of "whistle blowing". When I visited his site the other day, I saw it was mostly a lot of OLD information, and certainly had nothing earth-shaking nor compellling in it.

There are valid ways to "whistle blow", but his is not one of them.....

The traits what you mentioned is actually Communism and not Fascism. The difference is, in Fascism the country is prosperous as everyone had jobs (See: Germany after 1930s), while in Communism there is no jobs, people are on the streets and the Government agencies are spying on you, threatening you. In the beginning of Fascism the native citizens are usually happy, while in Communism the native citizens are not happy at all, but sheeps and live in a great illusion world.

So this is communism and not fascism. Right now even Fascism would be better in the United States then the present system what you have now.

Remember the guy who is supposed to have flown his own plane into an IRS building?
who knows if he was in control or not....
They are scared of patriots and patriots seem to have propellors fall of on a regular basis
( like paul wellstone )
so I would just figure the potential threats stated in the OP are really there.
I mean they dropped Kennedy, no one is safe

Well, reading through those affadavits....I don't see much connection at all to the crash of Colgan Air 3407. It is disjointed, off-point and all over the place, almost ranting in its extremity.

As a fellow airline Captain during that time frame (pre-and post-9/11), but at another company, I really cannot understand what bee flew up Dan Hanley's butt, here.

Seems to me he was intentionally confrontational, and overly combative...at my company, there was never any question at all, when it came to security. It was emphasized before 9/11 as a matter of routine, and after?? Even more so. Flight crewmember's concerns were, and are, always taken seriously.

I have to wonder at Hanley's true motives. It is important to the narrative to consider the UAL bankruptcy, at the time. I, too, have been through a major airline bankruptcy event. And, have been angered and INCENSED at the callous ways that management can use to shred union working agreements (contracts), and tear down wages, and other compensation benefits, all under the "protection" of the BK courts. This, of course, while the UPPER management's salaries are NOT cut, nor are their other benefits.

I suggest that Hanley's attitude towards his employer can stem from that...not only that ongoing bankruptcy, at the time, but knowing the industry as I do, and the history, and the psychology of pilots....I would surmise he also harbored a great deal of lingering resentment from 1985, too. THAT was a period, at UAL, of extreme employee/management strife, along with a protracted and drawn-out strike by the pilots. WITH a thumb-the-nose at them by the airline, hiring off the street....and THEN, afterwards, more turmoil as the ones hired during that period were integrated, pissing off (an understatement) the ones who had walked the picket lines for all those months.....

As I said, investigate this guy's true motives, and recognize his actions accordingly. Helps when you've walked (or flown) in his shoes, and understand all the complexities of such a career, and at that particular company.

Yes, yes, and yes.
I read every word in the article. I think this is a very important piece of work. Capt. Dan Hanley states: "I have information and belief that multiple judges and lawyers are aware of/and or involved in the alleged criminal acts by federal court agents." He also says that he has information "confirming the existence of an alleged organized nation-wide criminal enterprise involving officers of state and federal courts who exploit litigants for their own personal financial gain." There will never be any justice in this system until these things come to a halt.

NON-COMPLIANCE.
NON-COOPERATION.
Maybe people can list some examples of how they are accomplishing these things.

A short A list of grievances.....

The Congress works for us? NO!
They have abandoned the Constitutional rule of law:

The Congress has written and are writing legislation that supersedes and
abrogates the Constitution, and they do this every day.

They have instituted agencies that are unconstitutional in nature.
(like every Federal Agency there is)

They have courts that regularly write new law by decree alone, "Statutory Law" is not law, it is "Corporate Rule."

The executive branch regularly writes legislation and decrees (law by edict)

The executive branch writes unconstitutional law. (Patriot Act)

They have instituted statutes that willfully evade the true meaning of the Constitution.

They have instituted a taxation system (income tax) that is unfair and spurious in nature. (The Internal Revenue Service is illegal and un-Constitutional)

Sales taxes that are unfair and detrimental to specific groups of people and
products. (Hidden Taxes you don't see, but are forced to pay)

Income taxes that were instituted as a temporary measure have become permanent.
(Then it follows you to the grave, death tax, inheritance tax)

Income taxes that are detrimental to the majority of people and that are not
instituted in a fair and reasonable nature.

Socialist taxes have been instituted to control the very lives they were
instituted to “supposedly” help and have willfully spent these funds for
whatever they chose. (Like extravagant junkets complete with call girls and drugs)

Taxes across the board have come to a point that if you add them all up, for
the average American household, would be an effective tax rate of 50%-75%.
(And it is rising all the time)

John and Paul said it pretty well....
"If you drive a car,
I'll tax the street.
If you drive to city,
I'll tax your seat.
If you get too cold,
I'll tax the heat.
If you take a walk,
I'll tax your feet."

("Taxman" -Beatles)

They have instituted a debt that can only be said to enslave every man, woman
and child in perpetuity. (That means FOREVER!)

They have disallowed our rights of trial by jury, for the income tax system.
(Pay, or go to Jail. Ask Ed Brown)

They have created a standing army that the likes of which, mankind has never
seen.

This army which is supposed to be for the protection of the US, in fact has
become a global police force for the main purpose of enforcing an EMPIRE.

This army has become so all encompassing of the world, that its very existence
has eliminated our very sovereignty as a nation and the sovereignty of other
nations. (See recent news)

This standing army was never meant to exist in the Constitutional mandate of
the United States of America.
(We need an Army, but not one that is trained to shoot us)

This army could be considered the control apparatus extension, of an elite
class of people, to institute the very tyranny that our forefathers warned us of.
("I sincerely believe... that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies, and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity under the name of funding is but swindling futurity on a large scale." --Thomas Jefferson to John Taylor, 1816. ME 15:23)

They have instituted a fiat money supply and a Private Banking system that is
unconstitutional in nature.
("If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their money, first by inflation and then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them (around the banks), will deprive the people of their property until their children will wake up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered." —Thomas Jefferson)

The Federal Reserve was instituted illegally.
The Money Changers: The Federal Reserve, Robbery by Deceit

The removal of gold and silver as the base for our money was instituted
illegally.

The control of our money by an illegal institution has brought us to our very
knees. (American Criminal Government)

The control of the fiat money has been used to control and destroy sovereign
nations around the world.
Opium of the Masses: Fiat Currency

The Shadow Money Lenders

The institution of this system has in effect, eliminated the basic governance
by “we the people”

They have placed treaties and organizations above and beyond our own governance.

We are supposed to be a sovereign country. We once was.

They have put the betterment of other peoples and countries above our own
welfare. (like illegal Mexicans)

They are attempting to institute a larger global governance above the
Constitutional mandated system that MILLIONS have fought and died for.
(been to Arlington?)

They have instituted economic treaties to the detriment of our own people.

They have signed treaties that are in direct violation of our own Constitution

They have initiated treaties that will eliminate our sovereignty to the
furtherance of a Global Governing body. (United Nations)

They have joined an organization, that regularly has invaded and intervenes in
the sovereignty of foreign nations. (secret societies)

They have signed foreign treaties with foreign countries, that have
intertwined us in a battle that has existed for thousands of years, and does not
look like it will ever be solved.

They have instituted measures to control and spy on everyone unconstitutionally.
(and they are dong it right now)

They have instituted measures to divide the people.
(Politics, Race Issues, Terror Warnings, Religious Fear Mongering)

They have instituted measures to restrict rights.
(Privilege instead of Lawful right)

They have instituted measures to spy on citizens and people around the world.
Surprise, YOU Are On NSA Spy Satellite Camera!

DHS Finalizing Spy Satellite Program To Watch Americans Without Congressional Oversight

They have instituted measures to be able to imprison anyone that goes against
their measures of control.
Still Dont think they built FEMA Camps???

They have committed acts of aggression against people and governments
throughout the world, both to institute their ideals on and for their own
purposes

They have by manipulation of courts and legislation, allowed a hegemony of elite
people and organizations to be above the law.

They have instituted laws and procedures that they themselves do not have to
follow.

They have turned blind eyes toward corruption in their very ranks.

They have allowed usurpation of rights and duties that they themselves are
required to maintain.

They have willfully neglected to enforce laws, that would have negated the
very tyranny that is rampant in this day and age.

I am an old man, and I don't care what the CIA/NSA/DoD/TSA/Homeland Security says, America is a Sovereign Nation, a Republic, of and by the People. You are not our Masters, nor our bosses. We are your boss. You were warned.

JJ Johnson speaks to Senate about militia

Constitution:

Under Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15, of the U.S. Constitution, Congress is to: "provide" for calling forth the militia to: Execute the Laws of the Union, suppress insurrection, and to repel an invasion. Continuing to Claus 16, Congress is to: "provide" for organizing, arming, and discipline the Militia, and for governing such part of them as may be employed in the service of the United States, (i.e., Regular Armies), reserving to the States respectively, the appointment of the discipline prescribed by the Congress.

When the National Guards are deployed abroad with the Regular Armies by order of the President, the people of the States are left with no "organized Militia " whatsoever, with which to: "Execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections and repel an invasion"; and to defend the Constitution against domestic enemies.

The Constitutional purpose for calling up the Militia ( Article 1, Section 8, Clause 15 ), is: " To execute the laws of the Union, suppress insurrections, and repel invasions. " All Militia members whether in service of the United States or otherwise, take the same oath: To defend the Constitution, not to defend the government.
