Why is this in the UFO section?

What I could make out the pilot hit the tail section of another plane.

Looks like a declassified UFO Report to me.

Notice that Classified is crossed out as well as the vertical text.

Interesting file none the less! 12.21.12 nowere in this report can you read any description of a Ufo.
Like Bob down under said, the tail section was hit!
It could have been dog fight in a war, i see that there is Russian P/L interecepted 2 Sep 1958, could have probably been a Tu-95 Bear.

Interesting and also vague. Not surprising from the NSA. They've turned vagueness into an artform.

The url of your file link says C-130 Shootdown so I would say Gunsinwar nailed it
