Ian Huntley to sue prison service

There are numerous articles that Soham murder Ian Huntley is planning to sue the prison service stating they failed to protect him from an attack by another prisoner.

What kind of society do we live in when a scumbag like Ian Huntley has the capability and right to sue anyone.

He is a convinced murderer should have have no rights. We have to pay in the region of £50,000 a year to keep him in prison and yet he feels, or has been encouraged by his lawyer to sue the prison service.

And more legal scum making money off the state. And who will pay for any legal action? The British taxpayer!

I think the prison service needs this kind of kick up the arse to be honest. even if it is from a scumbag like huntly.

They are just way too corrupt, i know of someone that had to be moved to another prison, because he had a 10grand on his death, and a prison guard was going to do it.

most of the drugs smuggled in are from them.

they let people get beaten half to death aswell, it is disgracefull.
