Hollow Earth: Evidence of FantasyLand (Must See !)

Hello ATS. Here is something to both feast your eyes upon as well as begin dwelling upon pertaining to how much we as humans really do not know, and about how much we as humans still have left to discover! Welcome to a Hollow Earth... at least part of it!

Location: District of Chihuahua, Mexico. The Naica Mines.

In 1910, at a depth of 120 meters, workers of the Penoles Mining Corporation involved with the extraction of base metal ores blasted into a cavity of untold amazement. Realizing the discovery, the tunnel that was being excavated was redirected, and the cavity sealed. What was it that caused the company to seal this cavity?

Several decades later, in 2002 and at a depth of 320 meters, the Penoles Mining Corporation, again, blasted into a broad reaching cavity that spanned off into darkness. The difference with this discovery is that the workers were blasted with a wave of air from the cavity that scalded thier skin, as the temperatures there rose to 160 degrees Farenheight!

This location too, was sealed with a huge Iron door, and the excavation rerouted.

The Mexican government has taken control of these locations, even though they are still "owned" by the Mining corporation, by enacting laws protecting these sites. What is the big deal here? What was so special about these locations, and why is it that the government had to step in?

Because these two locations were declared by the Mexican Government as National Treasures!

What was the "treasure"? Let's pay a visit in images, to find out! Welcome to the Cavern of the Crystals, The Queen's Eye Cavern, and Cave of Swords - Naica, Chihuahua, Mexico!

Preparations:

A little understanding... The location these caverns were discovered also sits atop a broad reaching batholith of molten lava, so the temperatures here altered the minerals that formed in these caves. Normally, you'd see the usual travertine, calcitic, and onyx based minerals in caverns consisting of Stalactites, Soda Straws, Stalagmites, and Rock Curtains. The heat index in these caverns however changed everything, forming complex paterns in the forms of Gypsum and Selenite Crystals.

At 160 degrees Farenheight, visiting the Cavern of the Crystals can be rather opressive, thus the exploratory crew prepares with cooling suit apparati and cooled oxygen breathing apparati.

Without any knowledge about where this cavity goes, a Base of Operations is set up ,

to capture imagery feedback from worn cameras,

as well as a communications system is set up.

The crew is also equipped with monitoring equippment.

These are images from the Cave of Swords, and the Queen's Eye Cavern, which is alot cooler, thus workers are out of suit in these images.

WELL!... This tour of Hollow Earth has truly been amazing! One can only imagine how many other places in Earth's crust that exist that have the magesty of these caverns... It's no wonder the Mexican government declared these locations National Treasures! While tourism will most likely not be a factor of these caverns anytime in the foreseeable future, I'm sure that as mankind progresses technologically these wonders will be worked into a tourable location that will both give mankind the glimps into the Greatness of our Universe and Our planet this represents, as well as preserve for us this treasure that can only continue to boggle the mind, and stretch our imaginations to thier limit.

My only question is why, if its so hot in there, do most wear suits but there is one pic of a guy in a Tshirt and another guy in what looks like a Track Suit?

Are these pics not all of the same place?

BTW, they could make a fortune renting that place out to Hollywood...

Beautiful, beautiful pictures! I would so travel there in my dreams.
It reminds me a bit of the humongous tree that conquered the Castle in the Sky (a movie directed by Hayao Miyazaki, one of my favorites). Except that the roots were sentient and helped protect the place from dudes who wanted to use it for evil.
I also wonder about what would happen if they fully mapped everything out... would they find different species of bacteria there? I know that the heat is not much compared to, say, a mud pot at Yellowstone, but perhaps the different chemical composition of all the stuff in there changed a few things in the DNA of whatever they could find there...

Those pictures were worth seeing again. I saw a documentary on that a while back, from what I remember, the further in they go, the hotter it gets, so the guys without the orange suits couldn't go any further than they did. There was still places they couldn't get to.

Earth sure has some beautiful places.

Great post OP. I wonder how those folks felt after being around all that crystal energy. If anything changed in their lives or something.

Also makes me wonder if that is a reason why we see so many "ufo" sightings in mexico... things that make you go hmmm... S&F

Having spent years assessing risk for insurance companies I can't help thinking that there is no way their insurance company knew what these guys were doing before these pictures came out. There is no class code in Worker's Comp or General Liability called "Walking on horizontal crystal quartz columns"

Amazing stuff; they look they were being grown to serve as crystal support structures...

Fantastic thread! There is no way to know how many other areas such as this remain undiscovered.

I have a few selenite crystals (Mine don't look exactly like these) lol.
The information I have about them states they are usually formed from ancient sea salt. To the touch, they are quite soft, like a soft coal. If left for a period of time in water, they would desolve.

The following link describes how the selenite crystals in these caves were formed. (It mentions nothing about ancient seas). Hm.

I have a large bowl of this crystals. They are supposed to induce calmness, and are used by crystal healers for other things.

I've come back to see these pics again. How amazing !!! So many questions raise now...How long did it take to become like what we see now? Is it specific to one area or is this worldwide? Man...what I would give to have a walk in there !!!!

that's very neat and all, but I'd say it doesn't exactly prove there is a hollow earth, more like a crystal earth. Awesome pics though.
