I can say I didn't see this coming.
In essence it was a Chemtrail.

10 x 15 miles wide and they're calling this jet fuel? I think the Lucite plant is more obvious villain - they admitted to having a release of sulphurs. Just because the wind was blowing a different direction at the weather station that day doesn't mean it wasn't them.

My money is on the Lucite plant.

Don't you love how they don't tell anyone about "accidental" releases of chemicals unless somebody complains?
