I was thinking it is just a jet and the wings are hard to see.

The one who taped it said the object was moving very slow so maybe a blimp or UFO....

Also i see no tail ,and when the object seems to roll a bit i see no wings

Pentagon plans blimp to spy from new heights
The giant dirigible would use radar to closely and constantly monitor activity on the ground from 65,000 feet.

WASHINGTON — The Pentagon said Thursday that it intends to spend $400 million to develop a giant dirigible that will float 65,000 feet above the Earth for 10 years, providing unblinking and intricate radar surveillance of the vehicles, planes and even people below.

"It is absolutely revolutionary," Werner J.A. Dahm, chief scientist for the Air Force, said of the proposed unmanned airship -- describing it as a cross between a satellite and a spy plane.

The 450-foot-long craft would give the U.S. military a better understanding of an adversary's movements, habits and tactics, officials said. And the ability to constantly monitor small movements in a wide area -- the Afghanistan- Pakistan border, for example -- would dramatically improve military intelligence.

"It is constant surveillance, uninterrupted," Dahm said. "When you only have a short-time view -- whether it is a few hours or a few days -- that is not enough to put the picture together."

The project reflects a shift in Pentagon planning and spending priorities under Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates, who has urged the military services to improve intelligence and surveillance operations while cutting high-tech weaponry costs.

If successful, the dirigible -- the brainchild of the Air Force and the Pentagon's research arm -- could pave the way for a fleet of spy airships, military officials said.

You can see its motion against the clouds in the video. The object seemed to be moving at about the speed of a plane

I thought the same. Dark section in the middle looks like where the wings attach to the fuselage.

I am not so sure this is a plane. I thought the flashing lights were appearing a bit above the object, and I finally managed to get a screen shot at 4:08 which shows this quite clearly:

The shape of the "wing" also looks almost perfectly cirkular througout the video, another thing which makes me doubt that this is a plane.

This is of course just a suggestion on my part, but could this be a solar ballon, with some sort of darker round logo on its side, and also something attatched to it on a string, flapping and blowing in the wind which occationally reflects the sun?

Sounds like a cigar UFO was sighted or a glowing Tesla torpedo.

The light is interesting, there could be a camera effect to explain this.

Also, one problem with the solar balloon theory is that for a solar balloon to work, it needs to be black to absorb the heat from the sun.

Any one see sparks going off this 'plane'.
The upper atmosphere was going to be lit up by Tesla because
his Tesla waves lit up his gas filled bulbs.
See "Prodigal Genius" by John J. O'Neill.
However the gas is hit by sound waves in the ether and bounced
up against the glass or just agitated causing illumination.
See thats how it works.
So the air hitting the plane it lit up.
This sky illumination idea hit Tesla around 1907 as Commodore Perry
went to the North Pole and Tesla said he would surprise him.
Well Tesla always tested his inventions and perhaps this was a test.
Well check in with Bill Lyne and his books on the Hydrogen torch
as perhaps hitting the atmosphere did not light up the atmosphere
but caused an explosion.
In any case if there are Tesla ships on video expect some illumination
from the driving ether pressure waves if thats what Tesla discovered
and talked about for his aircraft.
