TIME's Mark Halperin implies the Drudge Report is racist for running the headline "Obama Goes Street: Seeking 'Ass To Kick.'"

"You know Matt Drudge ... Matt Drudge knew exactly what he was doing with that headline," Halperin said on FOX News' "O'Reilly Factor."

"He thought it was cool and hip, but he knew full well that it was provocative and racial ... he knows how to tap into the sentiment of his readers," Halperin added.

O'Reilly wasn't buying that criticism of President Obama is based on his skin color.

Is anyone else completely sick of these accusations of racism? O'Reilly, the schlump that he is, at least takes this guy to task for yet another cry of racism.

This tired schtick of crying racism has made the word meaningless. Whenever someone makes a claim of racism in a political discussion I know I'm dealing with someone who simply doesn't have the intellect to make a case for whatever issue is at hand.

Now, apparently Matt Drudge is "racist" for a headline on Obama's "Ass To Kick" statement.

When will the madness end?
