According to reports it is now starting to rain oil in some parts of the Gulf Coast.

Can ATS'ers confirm this?

Here is video telling why this is such a nightmare for not only the Gulf Coast but the entire eastern seaboard of the United States. As it turns out, the Corexit instead of breaking down can become gaseous and mix with rain.

These may be a worst case, but many people believe this is starting to happen.

Is It Raining Oil in Florida? This Is Just The Beginning

A YouTube Reader had this to say, " OIL IN THE AIR!!!!! It's been raining off and on all day here in Lake City, FL. The mostiure for said rain is coming from the Gulf of Mexico. Standing outside you can literally "smell the oil in the air!"
It's a constant smell and there is no other smell like it."

I want conformation because if this Can Happen, and some people say it Is Starting to happen then this is something we all need to be aware of and not ignore.

From the first news source "Eve" writes, " Hi all,

Making this quick, don't feel well. About 4:15pm or so eastern, coming back from Tampa, Florida north on Veteran's Expressway...about 7 miles perhaps from SR 54...it sprinkled some gray watery and solid black oil on my car. Thought it was bugs, but so fast did not make sense and windshield wipers just smeared it. Got out of car at store and looked on the paint and solid black dots on my car...I touch? huh? it's wet? it's OIL!!!!!

I had several folks verify it before I sprayed it off and it came off easier than the few love bugs. Two hours later still wet like OIL! nope, not water, smell it, OIL!!! "

www.eutimes.net...

EDIT: I just found that the source mentioned by the source the video came from is: www.whatdoesitmean.com...

Yep, you guessed right, it's a Sorcha Faal story.

However that does not mean there is no truth to it or a reason to dismiss it out of hand.

If possible, I want to find info on Corexit that can either corroborate or challenge these claims.

Updated Info:

From the main Sorcha Faal story found here: www.whatdoesitmean.com... , You can get a pdf file of " Acute Aquatic Toxicity of Three Corexit Products: An Overview"

It may help to shed some light on these statements:

" A greater danger involving Corexit 9500, and as outlined by Russian scientists in this report, is that with its 2.61ppm toxicity level, and when combined with the heating Gulf of Mexico waters, its molecules will be able to “phase transition” from their present liquid to a gaseous state allowing them to be absorbed into clouds and allowing their release as “toxic rain” upon all of Eastern North America.

Even worse, should a Katrina like tropical hurricane form in the Gulf of Mexico while tens of millions of gallons of Corexit 9500 are sitting on, or near, its surface the resulting “toxic rain” falling upon the North American continent could “theoretically” destroy all microbial life to any depth it reaches resulting in an “unimaginable environmental catastrophe” destroying all life forms from the “bottom of the evolutionary chart to the top”.

Note: For molecules of a liquid to evaporate, they must be located near the surface, be moving in the proper direction, and have sufficient kinetic energy to overcome liquid-phase intermolecular forces. Only a small proportion of the molecules meet these criteria, so the rate of evaporation is limited. Since the kinetic energy of a molecule is proportional to its temperature, evaporation proceeds more quickly at higher temperatures."

Listen... this is the 4th time I'm calling people out about the source for this Russian scientists report that toxic rain is going to wipe out the entire east coast of the United States. This story comes from one questionable reporter who wrote an article with no sources. I can't find any Russian sources... it has not been reported on RT and yet this Russian scientists toxic rain report keeps coming back. I'm not saying that death rains are not on the horizon but please give at least some Russian media sources for Russian scientists reporting to a Russian president.

And that's why I am asking the questions I am asking. How possible is this, and is there any conformations of this happening?

No need to call anyone out. The sources I used are the ones on the page I found the info at. I don't give a rats azz if there are No Sources.. what really matters is answering the question.. Could this really happen or be happening?

I am in central alabama and though we have had plenty of rain, there hasn't been any oil in it. Don't know if it helps you or not but I will keep my eyes peeled for this and let you know if we see any.

I've heard reports of oily rain... I didn't mean to come down on you but when I clicked on the video and heard that Russian scientists report again I had to bring it up because I saw it a week ago and I was shocked and without checking the sources I posted it on a forum only to find out that the source was not reliable. It's an extinction level report. These types of scenarios are so severe and frightening that they must be thoroughly verified otherwise they spread like wildfire obscuring the original unreliable source.

Man I don't know... But I do know America is going though a prolonged chemical weapons attack.... this is deliberate and BP is being wielded like a weapon of mass destruction and the ones who are doing the wielding are the same enemies the Americans defeated during the revolution. They were sent home with a bloody nose and they never forgot it and now it's payback.

I had a long discussion with someone at the weekend about how people are almost over-informed in some regards nowadays. It was in relation to the Nice Treaty and NAMA here in Ireland, how it's so hard to know what's the truth because everyone on all sides is making up stuff, and it can be disseminated so fast now that everything is truth for a little while..

I understand completely. I probably would not have posted it had I realized it was a Sorcha Faal story from the start. But I figure since it's out the possibility is worth discussion.

Sorcha Faal could even be a disinformation agent, meaning he is used by our government to make things so unbelievable that when they do these things people don't suspect. He mixes truth with lies and you have to sort out the truth very carefully to find it's true meaning.

Actually it's disinformation that's being injected from a mischievous outside source into both sides in order to cause confusion and derail common sense. Remember that song by the Stones... "Now what's confusing you is just the nature of my game."

that's exactly what i was thinking about this dude... it's amazing how deep and clever their disinfo tactics are.... they've got it down to a science...

And it absolutely works. You'd get 40 different versions if you asked on the street what either of those things were actually about, and I'm sure it's the same in other countries too. Spin is king and keeping your lie in the air long enough.

So, the best thing to do is be up on all the different versions so when the ca ca does hit the fan, you can see it coming.

That's why I'm calling here on a regular basis
Talk about being turned into a Doubting Thomas though, I always want to check sources as much and as widely as possible now when I come across a story that's interesting to me..

serious? that was really lame...
i don't really find satirizing or joking about the situation makes it more palatable, and i don't think it needs to be. it needs to be serious.

also if it starts raining oil... were ****ed. period.
