A new Florida Supreme Court rule requires lenders to verify they are the actual owners of a home before making the initial case for foreclosure.

That does seem to me the bare minimum one would expect a bank to need before foreclosure. Proof that it actually owned the home.

The system has gone a little crazy lately.
