The Kill - Napalm Death(about 6 secs short)

Shortest actual, complete song I have has got to be "Karate" by Tenacious D. It is under a minute long, but still great!

The Kill is a complete song its hilarious cos it so short.

Anal C*nt songs are also under a minute!

Yup, Tenacious D. = Jack Black and Kyle Gass.. They never fail to get me out of a bad mood. Jack Black slayed me in "School of Rock." That movie was an instant classic, IMO.

Now I have to hunt around for the stuff you mentioned. That fairly begs to be heard!

I know there are shorter as I grew up punk...

All of these are tiny songs from an ep called Extinguished Outtakes with 23 tracks that are about 38 minutes in total. They are all bits of music that never evolved into a large song. They do have a certain structure and buildup though, and that's why I count them as real songs.

All had a song called No All which was only a few seconds long.

"All" By The Descendents. They just say "all" and then boom the songs over. Barely a second long.
