Possible Time Traveller Spotted

The above picture was taken in 1940. The guy is wearing what looks like T-shirt with wumpscut (?)(00's) vinyl-print (50's), a zipper hoodie (70's), has laser goggles (70's) and holds an SLR camera (50's). Picture was taken from here Bralorne Pioneer Museum Gold Bridge, British Columbia

Possible candidate for camera available in 1940's below?
