How exactly do you do it? I've read that you need to just relax yourself and clear your mind, but I am hearing accounts of people being able to practice telepathy with others while under meditations. I also hear stories of people that have encounters with the 5th kind while under meditation..

I haven't had any conversations with any aliens lately, is there something I'm doing wrong?? Maybe I'm just trying to hard?

When you look, when you go into thought very very deeply, your mind becomes extraordinarily subtle, alive. No part of the mind is asleep. The mind is completely awake. That is merely the foundation. Then your mind is very quiet. Your whole being becomes very still. Then go through that stillness, deeper, further – that whole process is meditation. Meditation is not to sit in a corner repeating a lot of words; or to think of a picture and go into some wild, ecstatic imaginings. To understand the whole process of your thinking and feeling is to be free from all thought, to be free from all feeling so that your mind, your whole being becomes very quite. And that is also part of life and with that quietness, you can look at the tree, you can look at people, you can look at the sky and the stars. That is the beauty of life.

Make the time to do it every day. As many times a day as you can, but make the time. You owe it to yourself. Look forward to doing it. It's your quiet time. Keep your back straight, be comfortable. Sometimes I sit crossed legged with my back against a wall, but my legs get cramped so I straighten my legs out. Sometimes I meditate lying down flat on my back. I try to clear my head of thoughts, when thoughts come, dismiss them and don't worry about them, just dismiss them from your mind. Relax. Breathe slowly. Fill your lungs..slowly...exhale slowly....your breathing will calm you. Enjoy...relax...feel the peace wash over you. Do this for yourself...you deserve it. It's your little vacation. Know that you are very loved and protected.

Ooh OK, I apologize for I honestly thought that you wanted to meditate, not imagine. In that case, maybe you should first find the alien, then secondly learn it's language or hope that it can speak ours. Through certain type of 'meditation', one is said to be able to do that. I dunno - I highly suspect, but then again, you can try this.

Aliens... oh man... funny...

Okay, back on subject...

As said before, try to keep a good posture, but don't if you have to force yourself. Try to keep your body flexible, as it helps to remove physical discomfort while your sitting/lying/resting there. Just clear your mind and let the thoughts flow. It actually comes naturally after not too long. And, when you feel ready, go deeper.

That's the only advice I can give, hope it was helpful.

Meditation has nothing to do with telepathy or aliens. Meditation is about clarity of perception. It has been hijacked by fantasists.
If you are genuinely interested in meditation, then Krishnamurti is one of the best guides you can find.

Did you ever read Dolores Cannon, "convoluted universe I,II and III? " People report seeing really big owl's....actually aliens who then take them aboard their ships. They appear as owl's to be less threatening. Have you experienced any lost time? Maybe you're already in contact with Aliens and you just don't remember?

you already are.

there is nothing more to do than to do it. i suppose a good first step would be to stop wanting it so badly.


but, when you are stuck, i have found it useful to find a "wand". or in other words, something concrete which you can focus your mind upon.

and if you are really, REALLY stuck, the two best wands of all are sex and death.
