As for the OP, this is pure propaganda. It's called Mutually Assured Destruction, it's already been in place for decades now. This was clearly publicized as a subtle way to spark anti-Israel animosities.

If one nuke goes off anywhere in the world, it's going to start a chain reaction that will probably end up destroying the planet several times over. Israel has little to do with this, honestly.

I agree, mostly because I saw first hand how dangerous nuclear weapons are. Not their use, because it's obvious, but the USSR fall caused a lot of illegal nuclear devices to spread around the world.

It amazes me how so many people even wonder how old USSR generals and high ranking officers become millionaires overnight.

Nuclear weapons within governments grasp is one thing, but that's not the only consequence. If one country falls to the ground, the danger of those same weapons being in the wrong hands increases in such a way that if most people realized the real dangers of the world, most wouldn't even sleep in the night. lol

But the problem isn't really in the weapon itself.

The problem is within Humanity. We will always find a better way to destroy ourselfs.

If you think about it, in our age the nuclear weapons are the peak in armament. But in the past, even bows and arrows were WMD (so to speak)...

Tomorrow, maybe there will be a even worst (yes, worst) weapon in the hands of those in power.

Some people smile and hope that a weapon with the same power but no radiation appears, so that nuclear weapons can be put aside. Honestly, I fear it.

If now we don't deploy nuclear weapons because we would send the world civilization to the stone age, and would take a lot of time to recover from the radiation, imagine a weapon that doesn't have that "handicap" in it's use.

A whole portion of the world (a "inconvenient" one) could be wiped out without hard consequences to the countries in power.

The destruction capability is not the hold-back in the nuclear armament. It's their "nastiness" regarding the area affected.

The radiation spread is the safety trigger in nuclear weapons.

There was no declaration of war in Korea. It was a UN operation

China wasn't even supposed to be involved. They attacked without provocation.

What China did was far worse than the USS Liberty. MacArthur was so mad he tried to nuke China and Truman relieved him of command.

Almost 40,000 American soldiers lost their lives in that war. Hundreds of thousands of South Korean soldiers died and millions of South Korean civilians were killed.

Over 1,000 British soldiers lost their lives. 516 Canadians. 339 Australians gave their lives.

I acknowledged that I am inclined to disbelieve this thread, but I also can't idly stand by while anyone uses a thread like this to scream that Israel is innocent.

The thing that scares people is not a rogue nuclear armed state, but Zionists who are actually crazy enough to use a nuclear bomb.

The reason that this thread has had so much attention paid to it, IMHO, is due to the Christian Zionists who have already dropped 2 nuclear bombs on 2 different cities.

There are few nations on earth if any that are innocent.

I agree there are extremists in all corners of the world and some of them would be stupid enough to use nukes. If Avigdor Lieberman or Sarah Palin did something extremely stupid, I wouldn't blame the people of the country.

I would guess that Oz already has nukes in the form of an American 'loan' they may not even be manned by American's on Oz soil, it's quite a common practice for the weapons to be placed in a country and for that host country to actually have the control over them, while they remain the property of the USA (or maybe another country) Australia has the option to use them.

While I have every respect for normal Israeli citizens, I cannot condone the attitude problem that their leaders have clearly displayed while I have been alive. This new comment merely adds to my concerns over the legitimacy of the intentions of the Israeli government.
If they do away with Europe, then one must assume they will be targeting Britain as well, since, lets face it, Britain is the most fearsome warfighting nation in Europe. We have the biggest history of military victory by a long chalk. If , IF they attack here as well as mainland Europe, then two things will happen. First, my grandfathers will do back flips in thier graves,due to the ungratefulness of such an act, and second, Israel will find its tiny , atrophied nation melted to slag in an instant .
I cannot believe that they would wish to harm those who fought so bitterly against thier blood enemies, in the name of THIER freedom. Quite frankly, the very thought of such ungrateful degenerate, and senseless destruction fills me with sickness and anger. I cannot think of anything that the Israelis could have said, to make me question harder the words of my Grandfathers. If this is the thanks we get for protecting the weak , and destroying the enemies of religious freedom, then I for one have been thinking along the wrong lines.

He doesn't appear to be a very religious guy and seems to be very blunt. Sometimes his words are taken out of context. He wasn't making a threat, just bluntly stating a possibility. That seems to be his nature.

I can't say that he's like Lieberman. Lieberman would have made the threat and then some, but Lieberman isn't all there.
