SOCIAL WORKERS have placed the five-year-old daughter of a professional couple on the child protection register for “emotional abuse” after the mother told the girl she was delivered by caesarean.
Other allegations against the mother include cuddling her daughter for too long when dropping her off at nursery.
The intervention by Birmingham social services prompted the mother, Shahnaz Malik, to go into hiding with her daughter, Amaani, for two months, fearing the girl would be taken away.
An alert was put out to all British ports, and police conducted raids on a string of properties in the West Midlands. Two weeks ago police battered down the door of the family’s home in an apartment block in an attempt to find Amaani. She had been moved elsewhere by her mother, but her father, Vijay Bansal, 42, an IT consultant, was later arrested and held in a cell overnight for “obstructing” the search.
Officers also seized Malik’s car, took toothbrushes from the bathroom to analyse for DNA and raided the homes of relatives in the middle of the night, looking for the mother and girl.

That is disturbing. I would go into hiding too if the state wanted to take my kids for being honest with them and *gasp* cuddling them.
Care to summarize the video's though? I am curious what the video claims the purpose behind the abductions is.
The Sunday Telegraph highlights today yet another case in which a mother has been threatened with losing her baby to local authority care. The mother had not shown any sign at all of harming her child, for her baby has not yet been born.
The local authority, however, is convinced that there is a possibility that she might harm the child.
To most people, it will seem grotesquely unjust that any child could be removed on such a basis. Northumberland County Council is, however, far from unusual in acting in this way. The courts have endorsed the removal of hundreds of children from their natural parents on the basis that there is a possibility that they might "abuse their child emotionally".
Some of those forcible adoptions are appalling acts of injustice. How can such things happen in Britain? The answer is simple: the courts that enforce the taking away of children from parents on local authority say-so operate in secret. It is illegal to reveal their proceedings, or even their judgments.
This could be happening in your area, right now.
The main subject of this article is a man called Matthew Byrne – listed as a member of the local advisory board of Common Purpose in Liverpool.
Here is an extract of a press report:
Wirral children’s charity boss admits child porn charges but denies other sex offences
Jan 9 2010 by Chloe Griffiths, Liverpool Echo
A CHILDREN’S charity boss admitted making nearly 9,000 child porn images, but denied a string of other sex offences.
Matthew Byrne, 37, now faces a total of 32 charges including rape, assault by penetration and false imprisonment.
He is accused of sex attacks on seven different women and in some cases is alleged to have beaten the women with a cane, gagged or throttled them for sexual pleasure.
Byrne, who ran the Young Person’s Advisory Service, used to work with children as young as 10.
The children’s services boss appeared at Liverpool crown court via video-link from Walton prison for a plea and case management hearing yesterday.
Appearing on the screen, he shuffled with a bag and produced a large amount of paperwork.
Brian Treadwell, prosecuting, told the court additional charges had now been brought against Byrne meaning he faces a total of 32 allegations.
Only 28 of the offences were put to him yesterday.
As he was asked for his pleas, Byrne, of Tollemache Street, New Brighton, read from his documents.
He pleaded guilty to a total of six charges of making obscene images of children, representing a total of 8,958 images.
So where does Common Purpose fit in with such a person?
As reported on Anglia News Tonight, GMTV and several other media entities over the past few weeks, Megan Coote and her supportive family managed to escape the evil child snatching Suffolk Social Services.
Suffolk Social Services were set to steal her baby at birth due to Megan’s mild learning difficulties. Again, the UK Government are trying to send out the message that if you have learning difficulties, you cannot start a family. Well not on our watch! We know what you’re up to Gordon Brown and we won’t tolerate it, no way, not ever!!
Thanks to Megan’s supportive parents Dale and Lorraine, and her extended family, they managed to escape the UK just in time to prevent the forced adoption of their new arrival Olivia.
Two-faced arsehole Simon White Director of Children and Young People’s Services at Suffolk County Council said, “We cannot comment on individual circumstances…..” and blah, blah, blah and so on, the usual #e that they spew when they get caught out for persecuting innocent families.
If you think your children are safe from the current UK Social Services regime, think again. It doesn’t matter of you’re a civil servant, a businessman or even a High Court Judge, your children could be next on the forced adoption list. Your only hope is to escape the UK while you still have the chance.
