N. Korea Says It Is Ready to 'Blow Up' U.S.

SEOUL, South Korea — North Korea's army said Monday it is ready to "blow up" South Korea and the U.S., hours after the allies kicked off annual military drills that Pyongyang has slammed as a rehearsal for attack.

South Korea and the U.S. — which normally dismiss such threats as rhetoric — began 11 days of drills across South Korea on Monday morning to rehearse how the U.S. would deploy in time of emergency on the Korean peninsula.

Well its just not good waking up to articles like this. It seems they keep gettin bolder all the time with their threats. One has to wonder if they are actually going too fire the first shot.
Some think that NK is just puffing up to get whatever. I think they are a pawn in a much larger game.

Regardless its a threat that needs to taken seriosuly.

It would benefit South Korea and The U.S if North Korea did fire the first shot. At least they would be easy to blame. Who knows what will happen.

WW3 would cause so much pollution that a huge chunk of the world's biodiversity would be destroyed.

It's not like the environmental devastation would end after the nuclear wars, it would go on for untold thousands of years.

It's just funny that N. Korea has nukes and has threaten to use them on several occasions but they have never had any real threat of being attacked. But on the other hand Iraq didn't have nukes and wasn't really threatening anyone and got invaded. I wonder why Iran would be so interested in one? Oh but wait.. Iran has oil so even the bomb might not deter the thirsty.

They only said that because they are threatened by the drills being performed by S.Korea and the U.S.
