The Illuminati don't care if somebody has whites in their descent. They could care less about those people. They belong to a minority country and they don't want em.

I don't understand much about it either. But if it can generate powerful waveforms that will transmit through the crust and then absorb into something deeper, I could see it heating that part up and expanding and producing pressure down there.

Easy in theory, don't know in reality. If it's possible, it would take a hell of a lot of power.

Honestly, HAARP is powerful and it may be behind some of this. However, I tend to think that there is something else going on. I seriously doubt that the TPTB are going to do things that they think are going to lead to rebellion by the masses.

What has been going on here of late is being done by a force that beyond any man's control. No, I really don't think it's HAARP..... I haven't ruled it out, but I think going the whole "It's HAARP" route is barking up the wrong proverbial tree.

Now Seriously. Chile is a seismic country. 25 years ago we had another quake, 25 years before that, we had another huge one. Here we are used to all kind of quakes, thats why most of the buildings did well.

No Haarp this time....

One interesting fact: Chile's president is Ms. Michele Bachelet and she has 2 weeks left in her term. I am very interested if this event will postpone the elections and if she has to step down or not, and if not, who will assume leadership.

Ms. Bachelet is described as a moderate socialist with center-left policies... unsure how much the US government favors her (or not).

Again, no idea if HAARP is responsible for this. For all we know it could be influenced by the Sun, and if a orbiting brown dwarf companion to our sun is affecting our sun, then these events are naturally cyclial and Earth's 'Ring of Fire' is being aggravated by changes within the Earth's core as the Earth's core is influenced by the behavior of the sun. This could only be proved if we had accurate records of Earthquakes over the last 3000-5000 years, but I'm sure records dating over the last few decades or a hundred years could be looked at over more closely to see if there is indeed a constant gain in frequency

I do not think HAARP is purely 'research' but how to prove otherwise?

Just proves how quickly BS with no scientific backing or proof can spread and how irrational we humans get whenever nature isn't nice to us.

Earthquakes are a purely natural phenomenon, it has never been shown that they can be artificially induced through the use of any technology let alone something like HAARP.

I understand the human mind must try to find patterns where none exist but this irrational hysteria every time a disaster happens has to stop. Blaming HAARP without any evidence does nothing good.

This whole thing is just like my car stereo...if you know there is a picture on the wall that falls off easily...and i turn my radio up really loud...chances are that picture might fall...

The quake was at night time so if there were no lights you could see no color.
If there were lights, then the electric grid could have been experiencing flickering of lights, electrical flux, etc....

I keep an eye on the quakes around the world, and one thing that i found more than interesting is the incredible amount of quakes or after shocks in that area,



Most quakes will have a few after shocks but there must be about 30 or so in the above image, and even though it was and 8.8 still doesn't explain why so many, anyone have any idea what that is all about?

the night had a little moonlight and mist... the lights and colors seen was basically all the street lights who began to make little explosions as the energy went off and that was reflected on the mist in the sky

that was what i saw last night

I would just like to point out that this area was the site of the largest earthquake ever recorded at 9.5 back in 1960. More than 30 years before HAARP was even established. It's clear that this area is prone to large quakes and to assume there is some insidious cause behind the quake would suggest that you haven't looked at the area's history in terms of quakes.
