All I could figure out about this is that the crosses are either the Order of Christ Cross or the St. George's Cross. And the star they are in is called a nonagon en.wikipedia.org...:Regular_nonagon.svg

I wish I could figure this out but this is the first time of heard of everything here.

With a Cypher, one usually has an offset of special letter and the remainder follow in sequence.Hnece the second line would begin with B and after the last of the disordered letters in the 676 grid the others would follow in sequence.

Other things worth looking at would be the use of letters as numbers, for instance the following words are Roman numbers...

I MIX DIM LID

ALso, it was popular for such folk to write things backwards, in anagrams and in words that read backwards as well as forwards.

As far as the original number and letter sequence is concerned, these could be Cartesian coordinates which cuold be checked on Google Earth. I know, as I once used such a system for creating a unique order number system to record the date and time of purchase in programming. I shall explain...

A-Z = 25 letters
a-z = 25 letters
0-9 = 10 digits

Total = 60

How many degrees in a circle = 6 * 60
How many minutes in a degree = 60
How many seconds in a minute of arc = 60

Hence this letter and number sequence could be a precise place in the world, recording lattitude and longditude.

In the original script of Liber AL on page 16 of Chapter III is a grid
superimposed over verse 47. An unexplained diagonal line crosses the
page starting from the upper left. A circle with a + in its centre appears
near the end of this line. There are letters along the top of the page and
numbers down the side. Extend the letters to Z and the numbers to
reach 26 so a square grid is obtained. A is written instead of 1 suggesting
B is 2 and C = 3 etc. Fill in all the squares on the grid in this manner and
repeating the alphabet when Z is reached. The line drawn is a diagonal
line across the page. Read any diagonal across the square and the order
of the English alphabet for the English Qabalah is found. Whichever
diagonal is read the order of the letters is obtained. There is only one
order that can be obtained and all 26 letters appear in this order.
The order is:
A=1 L=2 W=3 H=4 S=5 D=6
O=7 Z=8 K=9 V=10 G=11 R=12
C=13 N=14 Y=15 J=16 U=17 F=18
Q=19 B=20 M=21 X=22 I=23 T=24
E=25 P=26

That of course is Easter Sunday. What does it mean? If the Light knows so might the darkness.

It's also Hitler's birthday.

this might sound wierd but in reading Dark Mission by Richard Hoagland and Mike Bara I came to understand our government and particularly NASA uses Hitlers birthday fairly regularly as a date for special satellite fly bys and such of the moon and mars and things of the like....its a good book if your interested in the moon and mars conspiracies....

Liber Legis was written by Alister Crowley (sort of the "prima materia" for the OTO).

Sounds like its either

A. One of his usual tricks (he wrote for the adept, not the dabbler)
B. A cypher requiring a certain level of initation or a book of correspondences.

Be careful with Crowley. He was a mad genius.

I have a copy. What page was this?

I found this in one of the text files, thought it was rather interesting..

From: Gerald Del Campo Area: RPSTOVAL
To: Edward Wolfe 9 Jun 92 00:12:18
Subject: Re: continuation: Thelema and Politics Rec'd UpdReq

In a message dated 24 May 92 13:42:34, Edward Wolfe wrote:

Hmmm. On what experience do you base this grim view of the EC? Do you know
who they are?
EW> These days it is best to learn Thelema not from our "illustrious"
EW> Caliph or the Electoral College, but from the honest folk (and truth

You say "These days", but I think it has alway been thus. I still enquire
about your knowledge of our "illustrious leader" and of the Electoral
College. Opinions such as yours can only be taken serious if one has either
experience or knowledge of what he or she says...care to enlighten me?
EW> In truth, however, it's not the higher ups that have the freedom.
EW> It's the lower ranks of the Man of Earth triad. They are not yet

If you are mistreated or ignored as just another Minerval or First, perhaps
you should check out other OTO bodies, as this seems to me, to be a local
problem. I have not witnessed that kind of behavior where I was "brought
up": it simply is not tolerated.
EW> And being relatively unimportant, they can pretty much be themselves,
EW> having no Ego to appease...
This is quite an assumption, considering that 9 out of 10, it is the Ego that
brings candidates to the Order, of course; the drive for Truth is a big
player in the whole process as well. Anyway, my experience is the reverse of
what you say; perhaps travelling a bit to see how other bodies handle
themselves would be a rewarding experience.
EW> It's sad to point out, that even in the Order, _OUR ORDER_, the will
EW> of the mass has begun to stifle the will of the individual. However,
EW> hope is not lost... Time brings change. Or should, at any rate.
Could you explain this? The Order has a responsibility to ALL of its members.
Should the Order allow one or two individuals to destroy the harmony of the
rest of the membership? Do you consider this UnThelemic?
Love is the Law.

Saturn is approximately 75% hydrogen and 25% helium. Are they planning on turning this into a new star? Maybe terraform one of Saturn's moons into an Earth like planet?

crowley and co. believed in the return of osiris, et. al, nimrod, enmerkar, narmer, who is hiram abiff in masonry, and the progenitor of the egyptian pharaonic line. nimrod (etc) was a modified human vessel for enki. he parallels king gilgamesh although it isn't clear if gilgamesh inherited nimrod's legacy or the retelling of his story is obscured by a few hundreds years of cultural and linguistic changes.

Well yippee..I've been perusing ATS for a wee bit now, and I finally found a thread that has drawn me into the fray of posting, cause this one really rings a bell or two. I happened across that site with the number chart n the little spinny ball thing a few months back, and yeah, I admit, I too found it fascinating.
Or perhaps it would be better to say I was momentarily mesmerized.....
The sites about the masonic hall are intriguing as well, what with all the "random" occurrences of the numbers/multiples of 5, 23, and 7
Intriguing ,yes, but seems nicely packaged to my noob eyes, almost like the whole thing was set up to mesmerize......
But maybe I'm just suspicious due to having been subjected to nefarious happenings to my puter shortly after stumbling across the number/ spinny thing site....
Happenings that were traced to a mesmerizing source...

the first graphic behind the ! on the page is a sphere and a torus.

more about the torus; it is a 4D sphere.

something to do with time, spacetime, and/or space:
fourth dimension

so what does the star of Babalon have to do with spacetime?

when you click on this graphic, then you get the illustration of the planet's movements around the sun, and then the Earth spins out and leaves the enclosure of the other planet's orbits.

i googled "babalon fourth dimension" and here are some of the links i got:

I'll add to this.

When you click on the Sub Figura A link you end up here 4638abk24algmor3yx2489rpstoval.com...

Starting at row 14, column 1 is the letter B
Row 15, column 2 is the letter N
Row 16, column 3 is the letter B
Row 17, column 4 is the letter N

THere is a pattern here that continues

It ends with the letter N on row 26, column 13

MOre to add

N.B. = Nota bene (Latin)

It is often written in the abbreviated form: N.B.

In present-day English, it is used to draw the attention of the reader to a certain (side) aspect or detail of the subject on hand, translating it as "pay attention" or "take notice".

N.B. N.T.
