2010-2025 All planned out from 2001 on a Military document

www.aepi.army.mil

* New climate change data causes hysterical protests threatening political stability around the world.

* Biotechnology is used to build new kinds of weapons of mass destruction and these weapons are deployed at least once. This includes the possibility of the special case of adapted organism weapons developed to attack mono-culture agriculture.

I found this document by using the search strings on Google:

site:mil filetype:pdf HAARP Weather Modification

This document was created by a military "Think-Tank".

Title of Document:
FUTURE INTERNATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL SECURITY ISSUES AND POTENTIAL MILITARY REQUIREMENTS
OVER THE PERIOD OF 2010 TO 2025.

Jerome C. Glenn and Theodore J. Gordon
December 2001
AEPI-IFP-1201A

Like all military and government think-tanks, the usual statement is on page 4:

"The views expressed in this paper are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of the U. S. Government, the Department of Defense or any of its agencies".

But if you look at the small print you will see a list of performing organizations that made this document and you will also see the sponsoring agency names.

Performing Organization name:
American Council for the United Nations University

Sponsoring/Monitoring Agency name:
U.S. Army Environmental Policy Institute.

Subject Terms of the Delphi Study:
Future Research
Environmental Security
US Army Transformation
Conflict over Water
Battlefield Remediation
Weapons of Mass Destruction
Biotechnology
Nanotechnology
Sustainability

Once you read the document, you will see that even events from 2005 are all falling into place. Please let us discuss this document together and see if we can find more information on the future plans of not just the Climate Change (Eco-NWO), but also of futuristic weapons including HAARP and also the FEMA data within this document.

These were a group of elite think-tanks, the usual futurists and scientists crowded around a round table could have exposed themselves without even knowing about it.

I just read part of the pdf and read some interesting things.

The military think tank predicts a world environmental government, that answers to a international tribunal for environmental crimes.

Interesting stuff in the document.

I SMELL HOAX
I've never heard of this millenium project, but it is written on the bottom of the pages in the pdf in the OP. Who is the millenium project?

It's an interesting read and some of the emails link to some odd organisations (really seems quite similar to 'share' international).

It fits in quite nicely with this thread:

Above Top Secret Thread

But, it may be some weird hoax - await more info.

Take a look at the sponsor page from the Millenium -Project
(SPONSORS AND AFFILIATED INSTITUTIONS)
Interesting
Rockefeller Foundation is involved here since 1996
and of course MONSANTO and The World Bank

I dont think this is a hoax after a little more reading. I do think this is a genuine organisation much like 'Share'.

Just checking around their website reveals lots of nuggets and smells of politics, back-handers and nwo.

Who is the Millennium Project?

The Millennium Project is a global participatory futures research think-tank organized as an independent, interdisciplinary, transinstitutional, and multicultural information system, providing an international capacity for early warning and analysis of global long-range issues, opportunities, and strategies. It is a “strategic global intelligence” that interconnects global and local perspectives through its network of 32 Nodes. The purposes of The Millennium Project are to assist in organizing futures research, to improve thinking about the future, and to make that thinking available through a variety of media for consideration in policymaking, advanced training, public education, and feedback -- ideally to accumulate wisdom about potential futures.

Interestingly here are the 32 nodes: link

Interestingly there is no link on Israel?

Here is Iran

Hoping this thread gets a little more action for the OP.

Try this search in Google also - interesting.

Google search on future

its nothing special really, anytime there feels like there maybe a shift in world thinking or there is thought to be a change in the overall attitude of international policy (as we seen in the late 90s) the military will take on the problem by sending out requests to colleges and whatnot for ideas.

thus the document being unclassified.

its pretty much a diverse field of people being asked a bunch of questions about how they see the future lol...

i could do just as well, or maybe even better with dice.

yup.
From the PDF

This report is the result of a Delphi study chartered to explore future environmental security issues having potential military implications over the period of the Army Transformation.

Nothing evil or anything. The document isn't even classified.

It is a typical futuristic idea which will, at least partly, soon become reality. A shift of perception necessary to keep pace with technological and political change. This is already happening...

The military, any military has offices filled with people who think up doomsday scenarios and strategic and tactical resolutions to same.

There are literally hundreds of thousands of documents that are produced that show all sorts of these solutions according to the tacticians and strategists that write them.

It doesn't mean they get implemented. That's a card pull from a hat more often than not.

The fact that this document was singled out and published by a bunch of anon folks etc etc *(typical jibber jabber) is highly indicative of hoax status for this.

Sort of in the same way that PNAC wasn't classified.

And we know how that one turned out.

Not top secret.

Here's another view into the future:

www.nickbostrom.com...

In a mature form, molecular nanotechnology will enable the construction of bacterium-scale self-replicating mechanical robots that can feed on dirt or other organic matter [22-25]. Such replicators could eat up the biosphere or destroy it by other means such as by poisoning it, burning it, or blocking out sunlight. A person of malicious intent in possession of this technology might cause the extinction of intelligent life on Earth by releasing such nanobots into the environment.[9]

The technology to produce a destructive nanobot seems considerably easier to develop than the technology to create an effective defense against such an attack (a global nanotech immune system, an “active shield” [23]). It is therefore likely that there will be a period of vulnerability during which this technology must be prevented from coming into the wrong hands. Yet the technology could prove hard to regulate, since it doesn’t require rare radioactive isotopes or large, easily identifiable manufacturing plants, as does production of nuclear weapons [23].

Even if effective defenses against a limited nanotech attack are developed before dangerous replicators are designed and acquired by suicidal regimes or terrorists, there will still be the danger of an arms race between states possessing nanotechnology. It has been argued [26] that molecular manufacturing would lead to both arms race instability and crisis instability, to a higher degree than was the case with nuclear weapons. Arms race instability means that there would be dominant incentives for each competitor to escalate its armaments, leading to a runaway arms race. Crisis instability means that there would be dominant incentives for striking first. Two roughly balanced rivals acquiring nanotechnology would, on this view, begin a massive buildup of armaments and weapons development programs that would continue until a crisis occurs and war breaks out, potentially causing global terminal destruction. That the arms race could have been predicted is no guarantee that an international security system will be created ahead of time to prevent this disaster from happening. The nuclear arms race between the US and the USSR was predicted but occurred nevertheless.

This may as well destroy states and create corporate entities which control and use such technologies... Long and winding road ahead
