Has the ATS Handbook been "Gotten Rid Of"?

I was searching for how to do a hyperlink image, and i clicked on the ATS Handbook, and there was some king of problem loading, i dont know if this just me, but i coldnt access it. Whats up with? ANyone else have this problem?

In case u dont kno how to reach the hand book, go to
Member tools
then
ATS Account settings
and it will be along the side.

It appears that the ATS handbook has indeed been removed from the server, however, below I have linked to you the most recently archived version of the ATS handbook.

It was replaced by the new tutorial videos.
