Any one else having problems with ATS?

I have been having trouble with ATS for most of the day. When I try to log in it tells me I need to set my browser for cookies. My browser is set for cookies. I haven't had any trouble with anyother site that requires cookies. Also if I try to back door my way through BTS it kicks me out. Then I have to log back in to BTS.

I have scanned with Malwarebytes, Adaware, and F-secure anti-virus/malware/root kit software. I have also tried with my cookies and security settings at minimum. Still I have had no luck. The problem isn't on my computer.

Any idea what is going on. I can not even access my member profile.
