I'm going to read your link after posting this reply so that I'll be fully informed before making an opinion. But before that, I just wanted to thank you for putting this up. I'll be back.

There wasn't much more on the link that wasn't covered in the OP. It is interesting that the case is now going forward instead of being dismissed like so many predicted. We shall see what comes of it.
If she (Ms. Taitz) is able to prove that the Kenyan BC is authentic, we will have much, much more to discuss.

I predict they will stay away until they can gang up on the thread. Its quite predictible. They come in droves.
Since the case has not been dismissed there really isn't much they can say, is there?
The truth is that in the 2008 election for POTUS neither John McCain or Barack Obama were eligible to hold the office of president. Donofrio was spot on with his law suit against the New Jersey Secretary of State.
Not only did she allow McCain and Obama’s names on the ballot without checking their citizenship status, but she also allowed Roger Calero, a man born in Nicaragua with a green card to to be placed on the ballot.

It's interesting that John McCain was born in Panama, and none of the "birthers" care about that at all. In their minds he has been proven to be a legal citizen of the U.S., although he has no more evidence of his bona fides than Obama does.
It's interesting that people on the left, like Sen. Hillary Clinton, introduced a motion in Congress to affirm McCain's eligibility to run for president.
No such motion was made by Republicans on Obama's behalf.
Just shows you the difference between the left and the right.
BTW: I think this thread has not gotten a lot of attention because Orly Taitz's many court cases against Obama have failed and she no longer has much credibility.

As I understand it, it is all still up in the air. Judge Carter has still not made his decision on the motion to dismiss, and so discovery is still stayed. It could all still be ruined and the narcissistic communist despot will remain where he is. Shame he isn't made to stand down while they decide if he is eligible. It's a bit like allowing an armed gunman to stay at a children's party while they decide if the gun is loaded or not.

Ah, I have just found that Orly’s Emergency Ex-parte motion for relief from stay of discovery has been denied.
Big sigh.
