The plan, and what will come...

Some of you are familiar with the Alternative 3 theories... For those of you who are not, I will relate...

For long into history, there has been a group composed of very rich and powerful families, that has gone by various names such as the Illuminati, the Masons, the Cabal, ect. It was revealed to them sometime in the past that the world would in the future be faced with some kind of crisis, where being here would be a very unviable option. From many sources I have researched, this crisis is likely to involve global warming, on a scale and due to a cause not even discussed in modern science. According to research conducted by the Cabal, the surface of the planet will become uninhabitable by 2050.

Of course, the Cabal was very interested in protecting themselves, and came up with a plan:

Alternative 1 was to detonate a series of nuclear warheads at high altitude, blowing apart the upper atmosphere, which would result in massive deaths among the general population from uncontrolled exposure to ultraviolet radiation. In the process, trapped heat would radiate into space, and since all the people who generated pollutants that caused some of the problem, (not the whole problem however), the heating would be abated.

Alternative 2 was to build large underground bunkers and cities to house the Cabal and associated powerful families. However, this didn�t do anything to solve the actual problem, so while it has been followed to create temporary safe havens, this is not the preferred alternative.

Alternative 3 was to create bases on the moon as a stepping off point to Mars. The idea was to move the Cabal off planet while the rest of the population died on earth. Their calculations indicated that the earth would reach equilibrium in approximately 2000 years, and could then be recolonized.

(This is the reason I made a first posting about Operation Whiteout, as that was the reference to what I believe to be our first true steps to the moon, transporting men and material into orbit and to the moon).

The use of Alternative 3 required the development of many technologies: non-rocket space travel, bioengineering (bacteria to terraform Mars), cloning (to provide a workforce), and the best and brightest in the world (remember the brain drain on the 70s?)

Alternative 3 had one pitfall... Mars was already occupied by someone not too interested in sharing the territory. The recent failure of every Mars probe sent in recent years is indicative of this. Apparently, the proposed colony ship was destroyed while under construction in lunar orbit in 1978. Phase 1 of Mars colonization, originally scheduled for 1980 was pushed back to 1985, then to 1990. Repeated failures and reported orbital combat engagements continued to the Cabals detriment, until Alternative 3 was cancelled in 1993.

The Cabal did manage to pull a Plan B out of its hat: Alternative 4, which is currently underway, was launched in late 1993/early 1994, including new use of HAARP/scalar technology in conjunction with the now infamous airborne Chemtrails.

The Chemtrails, originally dispersed by military aircraft, but now apparently dispensed covertly on most all commercial aircraft, acts as an upper atmospheric carrier medium for certain chemicals and metallic compounds that acts as a catalyst and modifying medium for HAARP transmissions. Not much information is available about the exact mechanism that HAARP is being used to effect, but it appears that some very extensive work is underway at upper atmospheric manipulation and modification. If we are lucky, it is to abate or reverse the global warming issue that is the root of the Cabals worries. There is also evidence that HAARP is being utilized or developed as a long range weapon, possibly to wipe out those on Mars, so that Alternative 3 can be reactivated.

If you haven�t noticed, the Cabal is not exactly magnanimous people very concerned with the well being of the general population. As a matter of fact, there are far too many of the general population for their liking, and they probably welcome the catastrophe as a way to get rid of the �useless eaters�, at least to knock the numbers down to something more manageable. The Cabal has tried it before.... WWI and WWII were very effective at knocking the population down.... The development of nuclear weapons would have done a very good job, but as the Cabal didn�t have an effective escape route, this was put on hold (the cold war). (If Alternative 3 had been effective, WWIII would have occurred already). HIV was a weak attempt, but because it propagates and takes effect so slowly, it was largely useless for the purpose of decreasing population. (As a matter of fact, certain Cabal members in the medical and pharmaceutical community found HIV to be very lucrative, and milked it as a part of the working economy). However, I suspect extensive research and weaponization of Ebola, Hanta, and other associated diseases, to be seen in the near future....

Which brings us to today, and tying everything together.....

Our current situation: the US and most of western Europe (the UK is the traditional home of the Cabal, so they are right in middle of it) is facing off against Iraq and Al Queida (and by default, most of the entire Muslim population on the planet.) Reason: Muslims, due to their religion and culture, are not readily influenced in the way that western culture is, the Cabal has only limited economic influence with the Muslim population, and the Muslim population is very large (over 1 billion), and readily reproduces.... therefore, a threat.
India Vs Pakistan: Very similar to the above, as the Cabal considers Hindus in the same grouping as Muslims... However, easier to deal with since they are on the verge of killing each other, and a win for the Cabal, as both groups would take out a large % of both populations.
The US and Russia Vs China: Likely scenarios include Chinese invasions of Taiwan, and the current crisis with North Korea (likely acting as a front for China). Reason: the Chinese present the single largest world population block, and due to ideological differences not readily influenced by the Cabal. Due to communism, the Cabal has limited economic influence on this group.

Currently: The economy is in the crapper. This is the single largest tool of influence that the Cabal has, and it is loosing effectiveness by the hour. Most of the world is on a war footing, and it remains to be seen if the Cabal is willing to push things past the brink, or attempt to salvage the situation. (As mentioned above, the outcome likely depends on if the Cabal has a viable escape route)

Predictions:
If the Cabal has a way to relocate off planet, there is a high possibility that all hell will break loose with all weapons turned loose, with very high casualty rates. Essentially, all the bad parts of the bible come true.

If, as it is thought, the Cabal does NOT have an effective way off planet, their control is slipping, and they will attempt a limited series of conflicts in order to retain control. Due to their interest in reducing the populations, I would expect high casualties, but would likely be one sided... IE the above mentioned �target� populations would bear the brunt of fatalities, while the bulk of western/European population would remain intact in order to continue and rebuild the economy. (Of course there will still be losses....) If a �rouge nation� decides to use nukes or something similar, HAARP and other currently secret and unknown weapons will be utilized to slant the playing field to the Cabals advantage.

It now begins....

the evidence isn't there to back it up. Why would such a Cabal want to wipe out the majority of the populace? Such a disaster would wipe out economies (including their wealth), which would then lead to a dip in their quality of life (which of course, is deemed to be their goal...the continuation of their quality of life). And Mars... From the pics I've seen...not too much there....If there is such a civilization, they don't seem to be using technologies such as radio, tv, etc., and you never see lights on Mars at night... The logic of this idea just seems to fall apart the more you look at it. As I said though...interesting story.

I read somewhere that it was just an april fools joke by the television producers that got out of hand.

Gazrok: You make very valid points, however, if the Cabal wanted to supress any information, they certainly can supress it.... we all know they have been here long enough, and have sufficient influence to keep certain things from being discussed in the public media... as far as the lack of evidence from Mars, see the above... if they dont want something known, it wont be persued, and where does such data come from? 99% goes through Nasa or other government agencies, which means it goes through them.

As far as wanting to get rid of the population, that is what scares them the most... as mentioned, the economy is their largest tool of manipulation, and it is currently in the crapper, meaning they dont have the sway they usually do.... having 6-7 billion pissed off peope with no way to control them is undoubtedly a scarey thing to them.... also, if the have prior knowledge of a coming catastrophe, they are well aware of the massive pandemonium that will erupt when it is at hand and obvious to the masses.... would be best to make sure the masses are not able to overrun them. Besides, knocking the population down a significant percent makes them easier to control...

XAOS: I read the same thing that Alternative 3 was created as an April Fools Day joke.... except that is didnt air till June, and the TV station that aired it immeidately had its broadcast license revoked. See above references to the power and suppression of the Cabal.

If you are interested, the book is Alternative 3, by Leslie Watkins and David Ambrose.... it is exceedingly hard to find, as no publisher will currently print it... if anyone finds a copy, please let me know, want to get a new one.

Also, of even more technical detail, is the book The Lost Journals of Nikola Tesla: HAARP -Chemtrails and the Secret of Alternative 4 by Tim Swartz.

I spoke to a friend who is a HAM junkie, including monitoring ELF/ULF transmissions, as well as the known HAARP transmissions.... ELF and ULF transmissions are very high traffic, indicating increased radio traffic to our subs.... also HAARP transmissions are increasing, and changing to previously unknown configurations... meaning of this is unknown.... continue to watch...

It is all starting to come together, between these threats from North Korea (under direction of China) as well as the nearing nuclear war between Pakistan and India...

If anyone is in VA or MD, and knows where either RavenRock or Mount Weather (the emergency bunker network for the Presidential Staff and FEMA respectively), would very much like to know if there is any unusual traffic around either or both facility. This could well be indicative of what is to come....

Xaos is correct -- the information was taken from a British movie many years ago that was intended for April Fool's. The actors have since appeared in other productions, and this one's been very thoroughly debunked.

Consider that the most effective way to hide the truth in plain site is to debunk it as a fraud.... If it is debunked so thoroughly, that in my mind at least raises some doubt... However, I have serious reason to believe that at least some aspects are factual.

It is also a known fact that the original airing was not until June or July of that year (hell of a missed schedule for an April Fools Joke), and that the TV station that produced it did in fact have its license revoked, specifically due to this production.

Pending economic collapse: since the economy is how the Cabal controls the world, with no control, the Cabal may attempt to destroy the world....

dragonrider, its a grea story like the others say but you could post almost any news (sports being a likely exception) of doom and gloom to this theory. Just open the newspaper an take your pick. You`ll say that they have the power to supress anything/do anything though

What you say is very very true... However, someone (not sure exactly who) mentioned in a thread about the governments being ruled by satanic forces something to the effect of

"Satanic forces have not taken over our government system.... they created them"

This is very true, as the Cabal has been around FAR longer than any existant government, and are the founding members of virtually every government with the possible exception of (Echelon, you will love this) Communism.
