Yes, it always irks me that the prostitute (male or female) gets busted but the "client" does not.

While I'm not in favor of prostitution I have to wonder why people go to jail for it. Is sex illegal like drugs that it can't be sold? And if you're selling a "controlled substance" wouldn't the seller AND buyer be guilty?
