Black jack Error message

The top of one of those blackjack threads says this on my screen:

error: you can not rate that post

Whats with that. I refresh and reload and it is still there and only on that post.

Its just a weird anominally ... Top left hand corner of page Above the video and media and all those buttons....Just strange. So I wondered

you can't star a post twice, that is what it's telling you.

As an aside, I think if anyone clicks your link they will add a star to that post.
