Two luminous balls have fallen from the sky into a field near a village in Kazakhstan. The Local Emergency Ministry is studying the objects, believed to be UFOs.

SOURCE

This is interesting. I think we need more info before jumping to conclusions.

inspect them! they have been beating the living daylights out of them.

“We were afraid to approach them at first, but after they fell and cooled down, we came up to them and tried kicking them,” another eyewitness, Viktor Dyakov, said.

He said the balls were made from a "weird" material.

“We tried beating them with a chisel, but they didn’t give in, didn’t crease, only gave off sparks.”

Tis interesting. But just 60cm in diameter? What is that, just over 20 inches?

Wierdness. I found it pretty mad though that these guys were out, seeminlgy doing a bit of agricultural work at 3am...

“This was around three o’clock in the morning,” eyewitness Vladimir Bychkov told Interfax news agency Thursday.

“I was near my tractor, and heard guys shouting: ‘look, there are flying balls!’ They were big balls, and they had sparks falling off them – yellow, red, and green,” Bychkov said.

That aside, very tough 60cm spheres falling from the sky in a shower of sparks is something! What do you reckon they may be?
Pretty small metallic orbs crashing down. Doesn't seem to have much purpose really? If these were probes or something, the launchers wouldn't get that much info would they? Apart from atmospheric readings and the like...

Aren't they obviously just meteorites?

Yeah, that's a funny source...some kooky articles there.
There seem to be a lot of small (in size) UFO incidents, and I find that curious as well.
What are these balls and small craft that people are reporting?

Sounds similar to this story back in 2000 in South Africa which were identified as pieces from a Delta II rocket.

Two of the objects were described as "big metal balls", the first weighing about 30kg (65 pounds) and the second about 50kg (110 pounds).

I was chatting on the Buxton ufo sighting earlier about an angle grinder type Jesus light ufo orb I saw three years ago. It was basketball size and sparks like molten metal pouring off it so this may be a real account in Kazachstan.

I don't know about you, but wouldn't it be a rather very special type of meteroites, given the description?

He said the balls were made from a "weird" material. “We tried beating them with a chisel, but they didn’t give in, didn’t crease, only gave off sparks.” According to Dyakov, the balls are silvery in color and around 60 cm in diameter. They also have a small hole on one side.

I really like how after they got over their fear and approached them, they proceeded to kick them and beat them with chisels.

If they are they will be worth a fortune at that size. 60cm
I think it is more likely looking at the source that this is a bogus story.Of course I could be wrong.

I'm just wondering whether these things made any sort of large-ish crater. Surely something 2 feet across coming in from space (like say, a meteorite-which are quite dense) would make an impact crater? But if these things' descents were controlled or slowed, then less craterage perhaps?

Edit- Actually, now I think of it, has anyone seen Howl's Moving Castle? Sounds sort of like the bit where he's catching the falling stars...

If you ain't got a picture you ain't got a crash. If you ain't got a crater you ain't got a crash, you have a landing. If you ain't got photographs, you ain't got nothing.

I heard statements from family in Finish Lappland (north) who are my family friends about same kind of flying balls (Small UFO), which were flying in their garden, and near forest several times years ago.

They said that size was the same, and those "lightening" bals was flying just meter above the surface.

3 witness told me about these, and they saw them together in few nights about 10 years ago.

I think those are somekind of drones, maybe catching small animals - like insects or taking ground examples?

I'll refrain from the obligatory 'SpaceBalls' jokes and youtube link.

Possible probes?(conspiracy angle)

Really though, they could be highly radioactive, and they're just 'kicking them about'?

Well orbs are believed by some (myself included) to be scout vessels for the larger ships... seeing as Kazakhstan is building a Alien welcoming embassy and have declared that there IS a UFO base in the Caspian Sea... it's kinda making sense...

and aliens going to Kazakhstan first would make the western world froth at the mouth and it shows the aliens don't care about the power of nations (USA probs claim they had first contact landings like they do about BRITISH heroics in WW2, Enigma Code,Dieppes Raid, Great Escape, Battle of Britain etc etc u know the ones they claim they won.. anyway) it sticks two big ET fingers up to the states..

Kazakhstan is a shining example for earth publicly acknowledging UFO's and aliens AND building embassy and knowing of a underwater base in the Caspian Sea. it's a defo Field of Dreams moment!
