I always see people posting scanned documents, that are very interesting, such as one I read a while back ago that was signed by William Clinton, talking about not disclosing the groom lake information to people, etc. I just wanted to know, is their like an Online Library where you can search for documents or research or anything? I would appreciate it if anyone knows. I'm new to all of this, But I want to know where I can learn and research myself. Thanks!

Well mostly you can search Google and it'll turn up pdfs or scans of the documents. A lot of documents have been obtained via the FOIA (freedom of information act).

Ok, so most have been obtained via the FOIA, but who were they obtained by? Where do they go once their obtained? How do you obtain them? Can I find a list of images of documents that were released via the FOIA?
