Helicopter Chasing a UFO?

Has this been debunked? Looks pretty real. I cant find much information about this picture but it looks like the helicopter is chasing the object, whatever it is. Any ideas?

Awesome if it's real, but I've never seen a UFO picture that clear that hasn't been proven to be a fake. When it comes down to it, the problem is that you can prove a picture is fake, but you can't prove it's real unless later undeniable evidence (i.e. UFO landing on the White House lawn) backs it up, at which point you don't need the picture anymore.
