The 5 minute hand segments hours into 12.

The second hand is one segment past the 5 which could be added making it 13, anothe important illuminati numerological belief.

This could be seen as the beginning of the 13th phase of the master plan towards NWO.

Also, if you rotate the clock, the hour and minute hands create the compass of the freemason's logo.

The second hand, could then symbolize the new dawn, NWO, or "rising sun" of the logo. or "all seeing eye". -always striving to staying 1 step ahead.

this also does not match the progressive movement of time. It repeats the 02 numerology.

The time I refer to is step by step incremental of the progression of time. see last post to view this theory.

Every new segment of time starts with one second moving out of the old segment of time.

Just as when we enter the Aquarian age, or a Cusp of the zodiac.
