biological entities that turn out "wrong" do not survive, so they don't last very long. The game is structured upon this principal....

As humans, I believe we have a tendency to fiddle with things, Hitler and the Nazi's loved experimenting on humans, and I'm not afraid to say, that most of world's governments have and do experiment on humans. As for animals, I'm sure they've got some crazy things, remember that fish that glows? I'm sure if the population knew of some of the things that have been created, their would be a frenzy.

Did anyone else ever notice that on T.V, whenever someone gets drenched in radio-active waste, bitten by a radio-active spider, or anything else of the sort; instead of getting hideously ugly and dying a painfull death, they manage to be more handsome, or develope super powers. I mean spider-man...what if he had grown spider hair and a few extra eyes instead of a six pack???

This was addressed in the Spider-man comics years ago. He(Spider-Man) grew 4 more arms and eventually mutated into a giant spider. Dr. Curt Conners (Peter Parkers mentor) found a way to reverse the mutation and stabilize his DNA so it wouldn't happen again.
Where have you been?

we saw a video in my history class about the soviet union doing radioactive testing on some small village. they would detonate nukes in a certain area, and the fallout would go into this village, and there were all types of mutants, most of which died at birth. there was one kid that had a single eye, right in the middle of his forehead. they now have a museum dedicated to this town. im probably wrong w/ some details but the general point is accurate

Well he might also be a mutant. In the area where he was first spotted there was a chemical plant that was shut down. Quite possibly the chemicals seeped into the ground and caused it to come into exsistance.

Like mentioned before. The Philly project was to make a naval vessel vanish before human eyes. This was said to be true. Afterwords, the vessel was revealed, the crew onboard was not complete anotherwords, parts of sailors had become stuck in the walls, ceilings, floor, etc. due to the experiment.
