The first part made me laugh. As for the second part it's unfortunet innocent people die because of such incidents. Personaly I'm hoping the whole system colapsses. I want to see the dollar become worthless so that the rich people in this country suffer. I know how to live off the land so it wont effect me as much. Umm, hello...? Anyone home? Homeland Security, as such, didn't exist on 9/11... It was created IN RESPONSE to 9/11 to try to ensure that 9/11 doesn't repeat itself.

So, in answer to your question. Homeland Security was NOWHERE, because the various agencies hadn't been effectively unified under its auspices prior to 9/11...

Sorry, but it isn't that well organized. There are different factions vying for power. Obama represents a different group than GW and Cheney.

Amajidan, or whatever his name is, helped put Reagan (the biggest traitor in the last fifty years) into power along with GH Bush. The people who support the Bush family do not support Obama, and definitely not the Clintons. The people who support the Bush family are not happy about current events, but they screwed things up so much over the last 8 years, that they simply could not find a way to stop the backlash.

Obama is making all the right moves, and the terrorists are losing support as a result. Terrorism was in fact way down under Clinton, a few remote attacks was all they could pull off.

the cabbies will NOT shut down based on this threat....they have a WHOLE entire problem, and that is the most recent thing: They are really pissed off about the fact that they have to have Meters ((GASP!)) in their cabs!!!

In Washington, DC....Cabs have long lived under a Zone System....think of it as Radius, from Capital Hill....farther out, higher the 'fare'.

I am over-simplifying, but that was the basis of the DC Taxi Fare System for a long time....until the implementation of the Meter. Mandated in every Taxi....
