You keep going on about weather modification/manipulation so who is supposedly doing it, how and why?

Come on man, put your cards on the table, if you have any.

I did read somewhere (maybe on ATS) that some are complaining because their rain is being stolen.

People own rain?

How do I get in on this scam?

I will sell it for 1% less than all my competitors, just get me in the door and I will make us all rich.

If seeding makes it rain somewhere, it is going to stop rain somewhere else. Is this true or false?

Why don't you look up why and how it rains.

How water evaporates and freezes.

The question you just asked is like me asking you If I fill a glass of water at my place it means you wont be able to fill yours at yours. True of false?

Seeding only increases the chances if the conditions are present. or at least that's is what companies say that want to sell their services, as far as I know its too unpredictable, it could create the required amount or none at all or create a flood. The surrounding factors involved as weather is not constant anywhere or anyplace in the atmosphere make the results unpredictable.

You cannot seed the air and make it rain, its called cloud seeding.

One thing is required to be already present to seed, can you guess what?

www.abovetopsecret.com...
This is where I read about stealing rain.

If a country has it's rain stolen then it will mean they will have failed crops.....it is not difficult to understand.
Read the above link.

No, it's not at all difficult to understand that this General was basically called a loon by his country's top meteorological guy:

"Iran's own meteorological service struck a skeptical note, however.

General Jalali "probably has documents of which I am not aware, but on the basis of meteorological knowledge, it is not possible for a country to steal snow or clouds," said the head of Iran's meteorological service Ahad Vazife, quoted by ISNA."

From the article in your link. Next?

So you read it.

I seriously don't think you did.

Try reading the article.

Try asking yourself why I asked you

The answers to these questions sort of support what the Iranian meteorological service is saying and that is that the general is speaking nonsense as you cannot steal clouds or snow.

Yes its very difficult to understand as no one owns the rain.

the article in the linked thread says that the professional scientists (meteorologists) that study this say the same.

Read the above link.

maybe you should again

The native American believed that no one could own land.

and you think this is strange?

No one can own land.

we can occupy land.

papers and documents that say we or someone else owns land are just agreements between you and governing bodies that protect that land from threats to take over the land.

The governing body doesn't own it, they just have the power to keep it if anyone tries to claim it.

I mean most know that those native American beliefs and other similar native and aboriginal beliefs to hold too much logic and truth hence why we have national parks and protected areas or areas that are relinquished by governments and the "rights to the land" handed over to the natives of the area.
