I just read this. I ride my bike to work in the city, and then home.You have got to feel for both these people, but especially the cyclists, I mean how unfortunate. I doubt a helmet would have done too much.

A cyclist died after he was hit by an apparently suicidal man who jumped from the 35th floor of a nearby building in the southern Chinese city of Shenzhen, state media has reported.

Hi Karlhungis,
The odds would have to be out there, I mean it is china, but still. Apparently the suicide jumpe stood there for twelve hours before jumping. Unbelievable.:shk:

yes the odds of that happening? That is just amazing.

I had read once a guy got killed by an out of control car, it ran him over while he was on the toilet. He had an outside toilet, I still to this day think about it, but this event I will remember...

On the Toilet, dude, wouldn't that give you the sh%$s.
I thought this story was about as bad luck as you could get, but getting hit by a car while you are on the dunny(Aussie for toilet), man, how unlucky is that.
What a way to go.
