U.S. Counterinsurgency Manual Leaked, Calls for False Flag Operations, Suspension of Human Rights

www.blacklistednews.com

Wikileaks has released a sensitive 219 page US military counterinsurgency manual. The manual, Foreign Internal Defense Tactics Techniques and Procedures for Special Forces (1994, 2004), may be critically described as “what we learned about running death squads and propping up corrupt government in Latin America and how to apply it to other places”. Its contents are both history defining for Latin America and, given the continued role of US Special Forces in the suppression of insurgencies, including in Iraq and Afghanistan, history making.

Death Squads
Propping up corrupt governments
suspension of habeus corpus
And much more

This really is a damning report into what goes on in the minds ofmilitary thinkers and planners of secret wars.

To them we are ALL collateral damage if we get in the way.

These programmes or variations of them are being practiced, right now, as you are reading this in Iraq and Afghanistan, so that the militay can feed their masters incessant greed for more wealth, more oil, more of everything.
Who cares that it belongs to someone else, right?

Our leaders and their minions sure don't.

They will stop at nothing to get what they want.

If I was in Latin America, or any other country that has felt the force of western interference, then I would be very angry indeed.

There will come a day of reckoning for the west - I just hope it's not in mylifetime, because the suffering will be immense - but as usual it will be the peons who bear the brunt of it.

Of course, the main drive behind all this is greed.
People in power start to get greedy, and wont give out to anyone who gets in their way, they become convinced that they have a 'divine right' (sound familiar?) to whatever they want, and by 'eck, they're gonna get it.

It can even be seen on a smaller scale.
I see it all around me every day.

Example: (its a bad one, but one nonetheless)

Sat in the pub with a group of friends. I have enough money left for two drinks. Someone else has 10 times that, plus more in the bank. However, they remember that they bought me a drink a couple of weeks ago and demand it back that instant.
They can't wait until we're in the pub again in 3 days when I've been paid and can buy everyone a drink, they have to have it RIGHT NOW. Decreasing my enjoyment of the night significantly, to slightly increase theirs, as they pour money into the bandit.

Its a situation I see all too often, and often results in myself not talking to people.
In fact, I've lost a few friends over similar situations recently.

Greed is the root of all evil, love of money is the root of all greed.
Therefore, by my logic, those who are more fiendish with their cash could be said to be more evil, all other things being equal.
Thats a generalisation by the way, I'm sure it can be taken and twisted and modified, but it seems to work in my universe.

Of course, its not just money. It could be land, resources, or control of people.
The more evil inside someone, the more bad stuff they'll do to get what they want.
I firmly believe those in charge of the western world today have a lot of evil in them.

We are subject to "collateral damage" even if we don't get in the way. From the government's perspective, the problem is:

Too many people, not enough bombs.

Ok ok calm down.
Where is the evidence, even a small part, that this wasn't just made up by someone who needs to go to the gym?

"Leaked" in this sense is a misdirection, if in fact it's even entirely made up to add salaciousness to the post (not that it's the OP's fault).

This manual is available free and entirely online. So read it for yourself and decide just how "bad" is this document.

that's not even the same document

your's is called "Joint Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures for Foreign Internal Defense" and is 167 pages.

the OP one is called "FOREIGN INTERNAL DEFENSE TACTICS, TECHNIQUES, AND PROCEDURES FOR SPECIAL FORCES" and is 219 pages.

I understand that anything that is "leaked" out can have it's own slant... But why is it that as of late everything that is "leaked" or "found" has to do with the govenment not giving a rip about it's own population?

It's depressing that the illusion of Democracy is just that... An illusion.

I'm just doing some quick comparisons in separate windows, and those .pdfs seem to be quite different from each other. Are you sure you're not mistaken?

Great find, Budski!
One thing I have learned since the last time I saw something hit the Breaking Alt. News forum from wikileaks, download it before it disappears. Wasn't that long ago I read something here and when I went to wikileaks, it was gone.

Mea Culpa. Yes, these are two different field manuals. I found a link to the one directly referenced, but needed a passcode to access.

I read through it and it probably is real, because I don't see any news here.

Internal defense and development (IDAD) is the full range of measures taken by a
nation to promote its growth and protect itself from subversion, lawlessness, and
1-1
FM 31-20-3
insurgency. It focuses on building viable institutions-political, economic, military,
and social-that respond to the needs of the society. Development programs,
carefully planned and implemented and properly publicized, can serve the interests
of population groups and deny exploitable issues to the insurgents. Security programs
provide an atmosphere of peace within which development can take place.

thats like page two of the doc. Now im in class and not reading whole thing yet, but...

i understand the peaceful guise thing over the actual evil intent. just throwin it out there

That document was originaly printed in the late 70's and is heavily rewritten. Paladin Press used to have a version of it for sale 20 years ago. It looks to be updated in places to show it as an original from present day but it isn't.

Kindly reference the links provided in the OP, the 2nd link takes you to a document (PDF) titled us-fm-31-20-3 and is a document from 1994 dealing with the suibjects raised in the OP.

the last page of the document shows this:

By Order of the Secretary of the Army:
Official:
GORDON R. SULLIVAN
General, United States Army
Chief of Staff
(sig)
MILTON H. HAMILTON
Administrative Assistant to the
Secretary of the Army
07150
DISTRIBUTION:
Active Army, USAR, ARNG: To be distributed in accordance with DA Form 12-11 E,
requirements for FM 31-20-3, Foreign Internal Defense Tactics, Techniques, and
Procedures for Special Forces (Qty rqr block no. 5096).
P U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE: 1994 – 5 2 8 - 0 2 7 / 2 0 0 1 0 PIN: 072991-000

and as you can see it has a PIN at the bottom, which can be used to trace it back to the original.
If you can disprove the document then by all means go right ahead.

Until then however, why not have a read and see what it says before dismissing it out of hand

I have the document plus some other materials that may confirm it's authenticity. I'd call it genuine based on references I have found to this document. When I am done I will post my references to confirm. So far so good.

I haven't checked the link to see if this thread is legitimate, but I will add one comment: The tragedy of the american populace is that when they yell "USA USA USA" they are thinking Top Gun when the reality is more Schindlers List (spoken in spanish and arabic mostly, this time). Here in Europe, the weight of history, both distant and recent, has made most of us far more skeptical of government and nationalism. This is a lesson the USA, if all trends continue, will learn shorty, I'm afraid.

Best of luck to all envolved, unless the luck of one is the misfortune of another.

I'm going to call BS on this. You guys all have gigantic socialist nanny states (not that we don't, but you have it more) with even fewer rights than we do.
