At first glance it looks like a seagull. But it is moving very fast especially towards the end but maybe its just the way the camera is panning. Not sure, lets see what the other members have to say.

Pretty small UFO


You can see at the start how small it is compared to the people walking in the crop circle.

I would say bird

A pigeon can fly pretty fast, about 90km/h.
