Does anyone know if 3D spectrum video cameras exist?

In essence, it would show the wavelength spectrum of anything it "sees" including the empty space between it and whatever is in front of it.

Is there an system that will do this already?

Curious to see what existence looks like in only the wavelengths of the full spectrum as opposed to what our eyes show out brains.

Yes I know there are 2D and 3D analyzers that can print nice graphs and pictures but I'm looking for an all-in-one camcorder type device.

If it doesn't exist, are there any electronics gurus here on ATS who could build such a device?

example use:
I point the video camera at a tree, and see not the tree but its tree shape composed of wavelength's. I point the camera at a building across the street and can see radio waves passing around the building, like the wake of a ship at sea.
