It was taken Sept 16 2008 in Mexico by Lic. Daniel Sánchez Rojas.

En México se conmemora la Independencia con la emulación del Grito de Dolores y un desfile militar, los días 15 y 16 de septiembre respectivamente.

Este año se celebró el 198 aniversario de la Independencia Mexicana y, por primera vez en la historia, se unieron en un solo contingente los agrupamientos de la Fuerza Aérea y de la Secretaría de Marina.

Desfilaron en el espacio aéreo un total de 18 helicópteros y 63 aviones, resultando un espectáculo muy vistoso.

El desfile capturó la atención de millones de ciudadanos, entre ellos el licenciado Daniel López Rosales, con residencia en la colonia Moctezuma, al oriente de la Ciudad de México.

Translation:

In Mexico independence is celebrated by the "Grito de Dolores", and a military parade September 15th and 16th respectively

This year the 168th commemoration of the Mexican Independence was celebrated, and in the first time in history both the Mexican Air force and Navy Ministry marched together.

18 helicopters and 63 airplanes flew in what was described as a very good show.

This parade captured the attention of millions of citizens, among them Lic. Daniel López Rosales, with residence in the Moctezuma neighborhood, west of Mexico City.

This alleged UFO was just a balloon mistaken by the videographer. According to my
sources there were several balloons released in Mexico City celebrating Independence
Day. Several videos were taken by different witnesses showing one or several
balloons and the mexican researchers discarded all of them except this lady who is
a teacher and presented this video as a posible UFO but with reserve wich means
she knew it was a balloon but decided to post the video anyway. That's it.

Care to tell who are your sources?, and who are those mexicans researchers that you are referring to?.

Seemed to me that in the first video the object has a light of its own

But it could also be a balloon..
