Obamas associations

Ayers, a founder of the left-wing Weather Underground that bombed the U.S. Capitol and the Pentagon, has never disavowed his service in that terrorist organization. Obama has called him "respectable" and "mainstream."

Then there's the house that Mr. Obama bought in 2005 in cooperation with Tony Rezko, his friend and campaign fund-raiser -- a move the candidate concedes was "boneheaded." Rezko was convicted in June of 16 counts of corruption. (Mr. Obama was not implicated in Rezko's crimes.)

Bulletins from Chicago's Trinity United Church of Christ in 2007 include comments -- reprinted from other sources -- that maintain South Africa and Israel worked on "an ethnic bomb that kills blacks and Arabs." They also quote a historian who said that "what the Zionist Jews did to the Palestinians is worse than what the Nazis did to the Jews."

Then there is Larry Sinclair, Louis Farrakhan, Micheal pfleger.

If it was one or two I could overlook it, but this shows a pattern of bad judgement.

Do these people who (according to Obamas own words) inspired, motivated, helped politically and spiritually guided Obama affect your opinion of him?

We can't very well judge him on what he has done, what do you base your confidence in, what he says?

How do you justify voting for somebody with this many shady characters in his life?

I ask that same question all of the time and the only response I ever get is that Obama is better than the alternative. It makes me incredibly frustrated.

You mentioned Larry Sinclair, isn't he the guy that has the noquarterusa website and was pro-Hillary or am I confusing him with someone else?

It amazes me how the ones who accuse others of being sheep are so mesmerized by just words.

Why hasn't there even been a multi-day expose on Obama's connections to shady characters. Why is the Obama media only interested in digging up dirt on McCain and Palin?

In a Texas town with such a high percentage of catholic hispanics, he has really helped many come apart from the whole brainwash of the 'holy' church. That's what protestants are supposed to do.
