Operation Brimstone ended only one week ago. This was the joint US/UK/French naval war games in the Atlantic Ocean preparing for a naval blockade of Iran and the likely resulting war in the Persian Gulf area.

The lead American ship in these war games, the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) and its Carrier Strike Group Two (CCSG-2) are now headed towards Iran along with the USS Ronald Reagon (CVN76) and its Carrier Strike Group Seven (CCSG-7) coming from Japan. They are joining two existing

This is getting really scary. The russians have been preparing for this as well moving their navy into the area to protect their interest. The chinese get a lot of their oil from iran, so they will not be please.

While the world is distracted by the olympics, the US is starting a naval blockade of iran, an act of war. The iranians will be crippled by this and the russians and chinese will likely use their military might to escort ships into iranian ports. This whole thing could quickly spiral out of control!! This is worse than the Cuban Missile Crisis!

This is very serious, they are not kidding around:

The Russians are currently somewhat distracted by a recent war between Georgia and Ossetia that was supported / set up by the US. They have been planning this!

This kind of brinksmanship never ends well...

We do know for sure that two new US carrier groups are heading to the strait as of today.

It's the real deal folks. Tensions are rising quickly.

I don't think anythings going to happen.In fact im surer than sure can be.
However I see your points I really do.
Some of these things can look like they are created.
But if you look at the Russians and the Georgians and there carry on for hundreds of years you will see no one would need to create any of this.
No one is going to invade Iran.
Iran will stop playing with nukes.
Because they know they will get the supreme ass whooping if they don't.
And they don't want there ass whooped because it looks bad for Islam.
Because when you think about it.Allah hasn't helped them much in the last 1400 years They have a very bad win/loss ratio.

This doesn't look to good and Israel just
said something to Russia not too long ago about helping Iran or w/e .
Maybe 8-8-8 or close to this date something will go down

American Marines,a thousand of them, have recently been in Georgia training the Georgian military forces. Several European nations stopped Bush and others from allowing Georgia into NATO.

DEBKA, the Israeli strategy and military site, states that Israeli military officers are advising the Georgian armed forces in combat operations and that 1,000 Israelis are in-combat on the side of Georgia at this time.
