Its not true - they didn't say that on TV

My Mother-in-Law is taking my stepson to see 'Passion of the Christ'. I suggested that she remember to take her specs in order to read the subtitles.

She asked why, so I explained that its in Aramaic and Latin.

She laughed and said that if that was true, she would have heard of it on TV.

She thinks I was taking the piss.

Somehow I don't think they will be in the movie theatre very long.

mine said the same thing , then proceeded to tell me that aramaic wasnt REALLY a language , because she'd never heard of it before.
