George W Bush: The Lies.

The following are a list of Lies told by George W Bush, the current president of the United States of America.

Iraq - It is thought that the Iraq war was started on March 20th 2003*. The war was a pre-emtive attack by the Us and Allies against Saddam Hussain, a man who had the capabilties to create a weapon of mass destruction (WMD). It can be sad that this is a war on terror, a war on Iraq.

George Bush said - "Eleven years ago, as a condition for ending the Persian Gulf War, the Iraqi regime was required to destroy its weapons of mass destruction, to cease all development of such weapons, and to stop all support for terrorist groups. The Iraqi regime has violated all of those obligations. It possesses and produces chemical and biological weapons. It is seeking nuclear weapons. It has given shelter and support to terrorism, and practices terror against its own people. The entire world has witnessed Iraq's eleven-year history of defiance, deception and bad faith." He said that in this speech a while ago. In that speech he open says that Iraq Shelters and Surpports terrorist.

But at the end of the day he had to withdraw his previous statment that they where there to get the weapons of mass destruction because Saddam did not have any. He retracted that statement Here. Tis UK paper also says that the Bush administartion has lied approximatly 935 times to get them selves into Iraq. Link is Here. I belive this can be counted as a major lie told by the Bush Administration.

Katrina: A Minor Lie Of Time and Force. - The Bush administration did tell a lie about Katrina, we all know about that, the aid, responce time and so on. but they lie that i tlak about here is a simple lie of time. The lie was "as of Saturday [Louisiana Governor] Blanco still had not declared a state of emergency.", that is a direct quote from a senior Bush official. What actully happened was that, Blanco declared a state of emergency on Augest the 26th, a full 11 days before the Bush Administration ahd said.

Another lie whch was told was that the Bush Administration did not have any idea how powerful and disastorous it was going to be. A Dr, Max Mayfeild, who is the director of the National Hurricane Center says that the strenght and potential of this storm had been brought to the bush Administrations attention through brefings and formal advisories. He warned that a storm of this strenght ahd the capability of overtopping levees in New Orleans and could have winds strong enough to blow out windows of high-rise buildings.

I know that he lies, you know that he lies. Any one else got any good lies by this fool ?
