... We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective -- a new world order -- can emerge: a new era -- freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace. ...
Vital issues of principle are at stake. Saddam Hussein is literally trying to wipe a country off the face of the Earth. We do not exaggerate.

Please note that the September 11, 1990 speech referencing a "New World Order" COMES DIRECTLY FROM GEORGE H. W. BUSH'S OWN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY.
This should put to rest any idea that he somehow didn't make the "New World Order" comment on 9/11/1990.
Isaiah 30:25 "And there should be upon every high mountain, and upon every high hill, rivers and streams of waters in the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall."
Rev 9:11 "And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon."
President Bush's speech to Congress
March 6, 1991 (extracts). This speech has often been cited as the US administration’s principal policy statement on the new order in the Middle East following the expulsion of Iraqi forces from Kuwait.
Now, we can see a new world coming into view. A world in which there is the very real prospect of a new world order. In the words of Winston Churchill, a "world order" in which "the principles of justice and fair play ... protect the weak against the strong ..." A world where the United Nations, freed from cold war stalemate, is poised to fulfil the historic vision of its founders. A world in which freedom and respect for human rights find a home among all nations.

Something is going to happen on March 6. I can feel it. March 6 is an important date. Only on March 6 does something happens. Nothing else.

I just gave you the date and link from PRESIDENT BUSH'S OWN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY, and you try to say it was March 6, 1991?!
No, look at my post again. THE PRESIDENT'S OWN LIBRARY TRANSCRIPTS SAY THAT HE SAID THE PHRASE "NEW WORLD ORDER" ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1990, EXACTLY 11 YEARS BEFORE 9/11.
