I posted this in the John Titor thread but then I got to thinking that it should most definitely be posted here. The emphasis added is my own.

Here is a portion of his speech from September 11, 1990.

... We stand today at a unique and extraordinary moment. The crisis in the Persian Gulf, as grave as it is, also offers a rare opportunity to move toward an historic period of cooperation. Out of these troubled times, our fifth objective -- a new world order -- can emerge: a new era -- freer from the threat of terror, stronger in the pursuit of justice, and more secure in the quest for peace. ...

That quote is from bushlibrary.tamu.edu...

Please note that the September 11, 1990 speech referencing a "New World Order" COMES DIRECTLY FROM GEORGE H. W. BUSH'S OWN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY.

This should put to rest any idea that he somehow didn't make the "New World Order" comment on 9/11/1990.

This is why I find the skeptics who think there's nothing to a number, or synchronicity/repetition, are so incredibly short sided in this respect. Clearly there is an Occult significance to the number 11.

Watch:

September 11, 1990

September 11, 2001 (exactly 11 years later to the day)

December, 2012 (11 years from 2001, only a 3 month difference between Sept and Dec.)

...on the 21st, at 11:11GMT, 21 is 10 days from 11, but only 49 minutes short of being 11 days; rounded up, it is 11 days)

From September 1990, to 2012, is 3 decades.

11:11, people see it on the clock an irregularly often amount of times

11's .. 3's .. hmm .. what gives?

and why didn't anyone besides me IMMEDIATELY get the reasoning for the date, because 911 is the emergency/police phone number in most of the USA? duhh.. 9/11..

I remember watching that on live television, but get this. The Gulf War began on September 11 also.

12-21-12...IT DID???? I was there...I DO NOT believe it started then....Lets see...Nope...You need to check your facts BEFORE you say something ridiculous like that...If you are refering to the invasion of Kuwait, then you are also, WRONG...Aug 2, 1990 If memeory serves me right.

That very same speech also includes this rather intriguing comment:

Vital issues of principle are at stake. Saddam Hussein is literally trying to wipe a country off the face of the Earth. We do not exaggerate.

Maybe that's where Ahmadinejad got the idea from

Excellent find! The fact that the words "new world order" were uttered by a sitting president is truly terrifying. Take into account the signficance of the date 9/11, as well as the number 11 in itself, and you've got one hell of a conspiracy.

The pieces of the puzzle are starting to fall into place.

Shall we start listing all the times in the last 500 or so years when those words have been used by a leader?

I stand corrected, I do remember reading about September 11 one year after George HW's Speech, I will post it if I can find it..

But check out all the dates here en.wikipedia.org... Very interesting to say the least, also August 3 is a very important date to remember as well, en.wikipedia.org... Funny though there is no mention of August 3, 2006 the bloodiest day of the war that year.

President Bush's speech to Congress

March 6, 1991 (extracts). This speech has often been cited as the US administration’s principal policy statement on the new order in the Middle East following the expulsion of Iraqi forces from Kuwait.

Now, we can see a new world coming into view. A world in which there is the very real prospect of a new world order. In the words of Winston Churchill, a "world order" in which "the principles of justice and fair play ... protect the weak against the strong ..." A world where the United Nations, freed from cold war stalemate, is poised to fulfil the historic vision of its founders. A world in which freedom and respect for human rights find a home among all nations.

Something is going to happen on March 6. I can feel it. March 6 is an important date. Only on March 6 does something happens. Nothing else.

Doesn't anyone check facts anymore? C'mon guys, it's 30 seconds of searching on the Internet.

August 2, 1990 was the date that Iraq invaded Kuwait.

17 January 91 The Operation Desert Storm air war begins (D-Day).

I just gave you the date and link from PRESIDENT BUSH'S OWN PRESIDENTIAL LIBRARY, and you try to say it was March 6, 1991?!

No, look at my post again. THE PRESIDENT'S OWN LIBRARY TRANSCRIPTS SAY THAT HE SAID THE PHRASE "NEW WORLD ORDER" ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1990, EXACTLY 11 YEARS BEFORE 9/11.

Has anybody cracked the code? I've seen a lot of attempts, but most are beyond sad, using random functions and number arrangements simply in order to make the numbers fit. But this is not numerology, it is a combination of cryptology and symbolism. Is the key within the symbolism, or withing the cryptology?
