I just did a search of Fleet, China, -ufo and this was on top and pretty recent.

No I havn't. I was just reading it a couple of times. There were a couple of people saying it had to do with Tibet, other said with elections in Taiwan and another group said it was just very common those boats were there. And when I woke up I wanted to check on how the discussion advanced.
