If UFOs are not alien or military, then they are?

Right off the bat, the question that comes to mind is... just how many threads exist here on ATS that approach this very question? This is in no way whatsoever suggesting that you go dig through the archives because, well, you could probably spend days... weeks or even months sorting them, lol.

But the source and identity of Aerial Phenomena (UFOs) is one of those subjects that used to be one of the prime support structures here and one that has yet to be answered.

Are UFOs military craft? Some undoubtedly are. The Cash-Landrum encounter is one of the strongest... perhaps even undeniable cases.

Are UFOs living entities/creatures? The STS 75 mission with the tether experiment suggests that some UFOs seen in low Earth orbit may be - in one form or another - organic/alive. Moreover, cattle mutilations may be the result of these creatures descending to the surface to either feed or collect DNA in a way similar to how bees collect pollen. From there, they may move to other planets and worlds where organics from one planet are used to pollinate another. perhaps panspermia is their purpose.

Are UFOs alien? Sightings and encounters such as those over Washington DC in 1952 and those over nuclear missile silos in the 1960s, that actually may have caused malfunctions in those critical system, suggest an intelligent origin. Since it would make little sense for any nation to fudge their own defense apparatus', the alien origin here seems the most logical.

Are UFOs swamp gas, temperature inversions, Chinese lanterns or just hot air from people like James Oberg, or Michael Shermer? First of all, there is nothing wrong with keeping a healthy dose of skepticism on hand. There is no doubt that some UFO reports have been cases of mistaken identity. But when one weighs the sheer number of sightings and the credibility of many of the witnesses, that dose of nutritious skepticism is quickly consumed before the events can be dismissed. From that point, an open mind is required to consider other possibilities... which is a commodity those persons listed just above seem to be lacking in any notable sum.

Someday, mainstream science might show an ounce of interest. Maybe someday our government will stop denying. Perhaps one day the main scream media will put forth an honest effort and do more than ridicule witnesses into hiding.

But, for now, it's up to the individual to weigh the evidence and make a call on a personal level.

THIS

It has to be one of those or garbage or debris or military or aliens (other planet or dimension), claims such as demons, light beings as in critters or animals - NO. Not with all the evidence of INTELLIGENT civilization - so either that is true or it's not no critters.

Dang... all that writing ( www.abovetopsecret.com... ) for nothing.

Must be the NSA... or FBI, or CIA... or maybe the NBA or NFL, or NCAA...
